Terrible.. I have worked with this company for years. Its become terrible. No reply on questions. just ghosted after paying.. Stay away from this place.

Original order was somehow lost to the…

Original order was somehow lost to the companies credit. They did send out another six weeks later however, when that order arrives, those cigars were dry and brittle.

Unfortunately the shipping company lost my package, Rocket Cigars did an excellent job to replace and reship at no cost and very quickly, I'll be enjoying these cigars tonight at my son's Senior night football game thanks to their efforts

Bad customer service

My cigars were seized 3 times. It took 3 months for me to get my cigars finally, I asked for my money back & they refused. Will not buy from them anymore.
