Getting paid on this site is impossible. They stopped paying and support is dead. I won't recommend them to anyone. I'm now with #Crop Mines....# their services are excellent and payouts are steady.

Fake they don’t give payouts support adress doesn’t exist anymore they just take peoples money report for fraud!

Rocket 21 haven’t pay me since May, this is a disgusting experience this was my first challenge passed and was very excited on how my life could change but it’s all a lie I got scam and many people as well with a fake prop firm, they deserved the worst reviews and I don’t wish this to anyone. I’m trying to contact them but no one answer. This is sad for a beginner trader.

When they came out they were good but however past few months they stopped paying out and comes out with a stupid excuse everytime you go to support they have no proper date to pay and the most common reason to delay the payment is due to our system issue or delay and im still waiting for a payout since June 2025

Worst broker to take a funded account from. Did not received my payout, it's been 5 months now.

I purchased a $50,000 funded account challenge from Rocket21, completed the requirements, and even became funded. However, after reaching this stage, the company completely ignored my emails. They never replied or provided any real support.

I also checked other reviews and noticed the same issue – nobody is able to withdraw their profits. This proves Rocket21 is not a legitimate company but a scam operation.

Attached is a screenshot of my account showing that I passed and was funded, but still received zero communication or payout.

I’ve been with Rocket 21 as a funded trader, and my experience has been terrible when it comes to payouts. I requested a payout 15 days ago, and despite their policy stating payments are processed within 48 business hours, I have not received anything.
I’ve sent multiple emails to support, and this is now the third time I’ve tried to reach them without any reply. The lack of communication is completely unprofessional. A prop firm should not ignore its funded traders, especially when money is owed.
This delay is not only frustrating but also damaging to trust. I was planning to create content based on my trading with Rocket 21, but now I cannot recommend them to anyone. At this point, I strongly caution other traders to think twice before joining, because if they don’t pay or communicate, nothing else matters.
Rocket 21 has failed to honor its own payout terms, failed to provide support, and failed to earn my trust.

Handled the withdrawal dispute as a civil litigation in court

I invested in Rocket 21 and made a profit of $2,673.86 in my account (R21 Account #11121605). This payout was supposed to be processed on March 10, 2025. I contacted Rocket 21 many times—at first, they responded, but now they have completely stopped replying.

After reviewing Trustpilot, I see that many other users are facing the same issue—profits withheld, no payouts, and yet they continue selling new accounts.

I believe this may be a coordinated scam or fraudulent operation. I am currently exploring legal action and possible class action with other affected investors.

I will also be filing reports with the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, securities regulators, and consumer protection agencies. Please exercise caution before investing in Rocket 21.

I have not received my credentials for the funded stage of 200k challenge, it's been like one week and nothing, I also sent a message and I have not received a reply.
I also made a 500 withdrawal from a 10k account, and only received like 60 something, I reach out to support, and he told me that he will verify, and I have been waiting for like 6 months for a reply.

Please refund my payment and profit share...i submit withdrawal request on 14.07.2025 but no response yet... it's really horrible experience with rocket 21

It’s now been over 14 weeks since my first payout request (ID 11114552) and almost 2 months for the second (ID 11115438).

I’ve followed up countless times via email and live chat. Every single reply says the same thing — “escalated to the payments team” or “will be processed soon” — but nothing has actually happened.
• No payout
• No concrete date
• No explanation for the delay

At this point, it feels like they are just stalling. I’ve been extremely patient, but there’s been zero progress or transparency.

If a company can’t give a straight answer or process payments within a reasonable time, it’s hard to trust them.

I’m still waiting — and I’ll update this review if and when the payouts are finally processed.

I have no words!! I bought this challenge because Alex promoted it but it's sad I requested my payout before 30 days ago and it's still pending and it say " You currently have a pending request. Please wait for it to be approved or rejected before submitting another request." WTF I have been waiting for 30 days bro this is mad bro. After passing the challenge and after being funded encountering this kind of nonsense it's bullshit!! You don't even reply to emails nor live chat. Not Paying Anymore, no ticket number are created when trying to contact support. More than 1 month trying to get the first payout of an $100k account.

I’ve been waiting for over 3 weeks for a payment that was promised much sooner. Despite repeated follow-ups, I’ve received no clear response or resolution. This kind of delay is extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially when trust and timely compensation are essential in any business relationship.

I had high hopes for Rocket21, but this experience has significantly impacted my confidence in the platform. I hope they address this issue and improve their communication and payment processes for future users.

Would not recommend until they demonstrate reliability with payments.
