We Finally Received our Jukebox....
After a nearly 20 month wait (on a 14-16 week delivery) our Rock Ola Jukebox finally arrived. It was delivered very well crated with "tip sensors" attached to provide visual information as to the care it received during transit. It has been a very stressful period and not without extreme frustration with Rock Ola and "In The New Age". With that said, we are thrilled with our new jukebox! It is a awesome machine and it works perfectly! It is very well built with great fit and finish! We could not be happier with our unit (100 CD player). If you are still waiting for your unit I hope this post will help you with the knowledge that it will be delivered and you will be happy with it! If it had been delivered on or near schedule this would be a FIVE STAR review.

Worst service ever
One of my LED tubes went out so I had to replace it. Shipping was so expensive I decided to go ahead and get a spare. They arrived quickly but one of the tubes was a dud. I tried to call parts department. After 15 minutes on hold I gave up and sent an email asking for a replacement. Have not heard back.

Great jukebox for years!
We talked to a service representative who talked us through several attempts to connect our remote to our older jukebox. We all agreed on a new remote. It arrived in a timely manner, in good shape and indeed works well. We enjoy our jukebox so much!

Descent site you get some parts from, if you know what your looking for. Goodluck calling, no one will answer but you will get a call back 3 days later from a person with minimal knowledge of the machines. They will just refer you to someone else that does. Goodluck
