otoplasty

I arrived at Mr Winterton's office on the first ever appointment and I knew from the first few minutes how the whole process would go. Mr Winterton understood every single reason why I wanted my otoplasty operation. Although I was 16 and still technically a child, Mr Winterton and his team treat me like an adult throughout the full process of pre ops, post ops and the actual operation. He was comforting in the office and listened to my reasoning aswell as my worries about the operation. On the day of the operation, he took every step possible to make sure it went smoothly, including his team who stayed by my side and made sure I was okay throughout. The actual operation was quick and he also spoke to me to let me know every step he took during the operations so that I knew everything he was doing. at the post operation appointments I had, he praised how much better the ears looked whilst also telling me they still looked "like ears" too. I didn't feel him taking the stitches out a week later and also was very impressed with the results. I entered Mr Wintertons office lacking confidence and not liking my ears due to comments but now I can say Mr Winterton changed my life for the better. comments soon stopped and I became much mire confident In myself.

Amazing Results

I met with Mr Winterton to discuss a breast reduction after suffering for years and finally finding the courage to do something about it. Mr Winterton was fantastic from my first appointment explaining everything and what was possible. I booked my date straight after my consult knowing I had definitely found the right person. On the day of the operation everything went to plan and I was amazed with the result even at that early stage. The difference this has made to me and my confidence is massive. The result is fantastic and I cannot thank Mr Winterton and his team enough.

Tummy Tuck aftercare

I had a tummy tuck, done by Mr Winterton. Afterwards I had an infection in the scar, all along it, it was a large scar, it started splitting. I had holes along the scar and pus, which turned green. It was so painful, this was in September 2018. The after care was poor, as the surgeon was on holiday and the infection really took hold. I still have issues, as my tummy is still numb. I also have holes along the scar, its ugly. When the surgeon came back from holiday, I found that he was upset with me. I've not spoken out before, as I felt intimidated by him. I saw a solicitor and sent all the photos, this was in 2019. However, he informed that its difficult to prove neglegence.

I know it's now 2024, it's taken that long for me to raise this as an issue, as I felt I could not, as I was fobbed off. There was no discussions about tidying up the scar, not a great outcome for me!!! I can't seem to fix the date, as there is an error, my operation was 19.09.2018.
I would strongly advise people to do their research, my tummy looks horrid.
