I would not recommend buying from them

I would not recommend buying from ROBOTIS.US. I ordered multiple parts that were sold to me but were never shipped. My experience with the order and fulfillment process left me with very little confidence in this company.

Selling parts and then failing to ship them is unacceptable. The whole experience felt unprofessional and left me frustrated enough that I would rather purchase robotics components elsewhere.

If you need robotics parts, servos, controllers, or development hardware, I recommend looking at established alternatives before ordering from ROBOTIS.US. I personally will not be purchasing from them again.
