Great price, quality and delivery time

Ordered gift for my husband and it arrived on time. It was a perfect gift. My husband loved it!!

I received my replacement parts in a timely manner. Customer service was helpful and friendly.

Bought Last city and future city marble runs, going to set them up as a side by side. I was very impressed by the quality of the components and instructions as well as the overall thought that has gone into planning these wonderful collectables.

These were a gift and he was so excited to get them. Each kit made now and they look great!

The package was wrapped securely and was in perfect condition. I haven’t built the model yet, but it’s the best one that I’ve bought yet.

I love getting your kits and making each creation "come alive" in a timely manner. I find it very relaxing and, although time-consuming, I look forward to the couple of hours I dedicate to completing the kits each day. Thank you for adding to my retirement!

The customer service response was good. I have made several of their 3D sets and have enjoyed making them with my grandson. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that the flower building block set is very difficult to put together as all parts are plastic and break easily. I broke several pieces and had to have them replaced, which took several weeks for shipping. In the future I'll stick with the wooden 3D sets.

Easy to shop, products came quickly. I had one on waiting on shipping. I inquired about its tracking and was promptly emailed that it was infact a pre-order item and should ship soon. It just did yesterday (order date was 4/25) zero complaints.

You guys really tried to fix the problem quickly. Thank you.

Great product, excellent customer service

Overall experience was good at first — I spent 5 evenings carefully assembling all the pieces together. The process itself was enjoyable, although many parts are extremely fragile. I even had to use wood glue in some sensitive areas to keep certain pieces in place.

I was really happy when everything finally came together: all parts were moving, the music was playing, and the lights were on. Unfortunately, the factory only worked for about 20 minutes before it suddenly stopped.

After troubleshooting, I realized I had to disassemble almost the entire model down to the bottom just to understand what happened. The issue is not assembly-related — the motor itself shifts out of place during operation. Once the engine moves, it loses contact/grip with the gears and moving parts, so nothing rotates anymore. The lights and music still work, but the mechanical parts completely stop functioning.

I rebuilt everything carefully to make sure it wasn’t my mistake, but the same thing keeps happening. It works for about a minute, then the motor shifts again and everything stops. Very disappointing after spending so many hours building it. I won’t recommend it anyone.

On time, was as advertised and had a good time putting it together.

Excellent service, I'm abit heavy handed so needed replacements, they were here In no time, from ordering to delivery I can not fault this company.

Product consistency and easy to follow instructions certainly sets Robotime aside from other model companies. Have enjoyed putting over a dozen together without any issues. Keep up the great work.
