Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable right from the start with the initial survey to the final item carried into our new home.
There were a lot of disruptions to our sale as we were in a chain and not all went smoothly, however our contact at Robinsons dealt with all our issues with good humour and obviously extensive experience. On the day of the removal it was very late before we could gain access to the new property and extra staff turned up to help as if by magic! Well Done all at Robinsons! They made a difficult day much easier for us with their energy enthusiasm and good cheer. Many thanks to you all.

After looking at quite a few moving companies I found Robinson which provide a very competitive price.
Highly recommend them as they provided a friendly and professional service. The whole experience from start to finish was really good.
Lara in the office provided a quote in a few days and waited patiently until we were ready to provide an actual date. She was really understanding of our situation and really helpful as well.
Quotes are also valid for 28 days which is quite handy.
Tony and James were very friendly and professional, turned up a bit earlier than expected to check out the area so they could start at the time we booked.
Delivered our stuff safely a few hours later.

We used Robinsons to move contents of house from South London to Oxfordshire village. Graham and Will from Robinsons were faultless, on time, polite, incredibly efficient and wrangled furniture into a cottage you wouldn’t have expected to fit through the doors.

The team were fantastic.
Lee came on his own on Wednesday and worked like an absolute trooper. After a few hours, he called in help and it all went ahead. On Thursday (move day) they arrived nice and early and were super organised. They were all extremely polite and respectful of us and our things. I cannot praise them highly enough.
Lee organised everyone fantastically and is a credit to the company!

Whilst I would recommend Robinsons it is all about the team that move you afterall. We were lucky ... our prime movers were Dave and Shane who were superb ... non stop hard graft but both experienced in packing for a relocation.

I can save you a lot of time searching the internet as we did for a suitable international remover. Just choose Robinsons Relocation. We were new to the game, but the excellent and friendly support we had throughout the whole process made things easy for us. Many thanks to Lara, Tony, and the team!

The van arrived on time and the men worked tirelessly throughout the day packing carefully all our goods for 3 months storage. Three months later they arrived on time to unload and were very good taking the different boxes to their allocated rooms. Both times the men were very pleasant and a pleasure to work with.
