Outstanding service — highly recommend Robinson Brown Design!

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Gavin at Robinson Brown Design. From the first conversation, he was friendly, professional and genuinely interested in what we wanted to achieve with our home.

Gavin took the time to listen to our ideas, explain the options clearly and offer thoughtful, practical suggestions. His knowledge and attention to detail gave us real confidence, and he made what initially felt like a daunting process much easier to understand.

What really stood out was how approachable and helpful he was throughout. We felt comfortable asking questions and appreciated the care he took with his explanations. Having someone who understands the technical side while keeping our needs at the heart of the design made such a difference.

It’s clear that Gavin takes pride in his work and cares about getting the best result for his clients. The personal service and commitment were excellent, and we felt supported from start to finish.

We would wholeheartedly recommend Robinson Brown Design to anyone considering an extension or alterations to their home. A fantastic service and a well-deserved five stars!

We would highly recommend Gavin Brown to anyone looking for a structural engineer. He has helped us with the calculations and plans for removing a structural wall, chimney breast and our loft conversion, and has been fantastic throughout the whole process.

He has been extremely responsive to all our questions, always happy to offer advice and explain things clearly, and has guided us every step of the way. He has also gone above and beyond by recommending tradespeople.

It’s been great having someone so helpful, approachable and knowledgeable to support us with such a big project. We really appreciate all his help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to anyone!

Thanks Gavin :)

We used Gavin for the planning/design element for our large kitchen extension and very pleased we did. Gavin was professional and helped us with everything we needed including dealing with the council and submitting all necessary paperwork on our behalf.

Gavin was prompt to respond and was accommodating when we tweaked a few things here & there. He was open to ideas and gave us helpful suggestions. I would highly recommend.

I found Robinson Brown Design Ltd on Facebook and decided to give them a message for a small extension we are getting done as we needed a structural engineer, I had contacted other companies however Gavin from Robinson Brown Design was the only one to get back to me and I'm glad he did. From the first enquiry he was so professional and helped me with everything I needed, also very reasonably priced. We got everything back within a couple of days of asking, I can't thank him enough, would highly recommend.
