Good offerings. Ease of use

I would like a feature to be added to have a trailing stop order give the option to set when it initiates. For example, say I own shares of XYZ for $100 per share, but I want to sell that stock within 2% of $130. I would need that trailing stop order to initiate once it's $130 or above. The way it's set up now only gives me the option to trail the current price, below where I bought it at, or somewhere between my target and the purchase price unless of course it has passed my target (in which case I would set a conventional trailing stop). So just simply adding another option, or modifying the existing trailing stop sell order to feature the ability for the seller to set what price they want the trailing stop loss to be initiated at.

Robinhood is fine, I've had good experiences with it. Robinhood Banking and the Gold Card - their underwriting is deficient. I received a credit limit that was 1/20th what my other cards have. The card is effectively useless.

My needs with Robinhood are always met. The very best in customer service!!

The intuitive approach of the app and the new setup to show the lists.
It was a nice change but we cannot see the stocks on the list which we hold stocks. That kills one of the main functions since we want to follow different stocks but we want to know the ones we owe.

I think the interface on my bank account, trading account is SUPER easy to use and understand. I struggle with deposits and debits clearing the account in time.

I LOVE the credit card. But I have to tell you if you start charging foreign transactions on my gold card I’m out. The platinum does not have enough benefits for me to to justify the cost for an upgrade. So the reality is I will have to switch cards as foreign transactions are important to me. Please don’t do this. It’s a great card and people love it. If you keep Gold this good you will win more people. I really don’t think you even need a platinum experience. Be the best and have one card. I think it makes it awesome and exclusive.

Doesn’t send out warning emails when stock freezes happen during acquisitions etc

I love the trading platform in general.
Please allow options level 3 trading within Roth IRA accounts, like many other platforms already allow.
I would immediately move my roth to your platform.

It used to be my favorite until signed in to their credit card, they are a liar, after I cancel the membership they are still charging to your account, very bad service DO NOT GET ROBINHOOD !!

This review contains what I did not like about your company. What I liked made me give you 4 stars. Here are a few things I do not like.
On the investment side, it is always good to use Robinhood with very low options fees. But you do not allow naked option sells. You also don't allow margin be used for a cash secured put option. Some investors have years of experience, this is very limiting.
On the credit card side, you guys are not doing good at all (which impacted my rating here). I have disputed two credit card charges for 2+ and 3+ months now, the decision is not made yet, the charge was added to my statement an only removed after I called. Your dispute team blames me for lack of evidence. I told them multiple times that a fraudulent business used my virtual credit card number to charge me two extra times. They don't seem to care or be able to contact the business and are expecting me to pick up the tab and pay for their incompetence. I have had similar things happen to my other credit cards and always, a credit card dispute is resolved in the favor of the customer within 48 hours. You guys are FDIC insured. I don't understand why your dispute team is so incompetent and taking so long to resolve a clear fraud case. It is making it not worth the cash back, I might replace the Robinhood card in my wallet with another card offering 2% cash back but much better customer support and dispute handling experience.

There's a few things that need to be improved on the money coming in, for example the deposits, sells, Etc.

I have received conflicting emails and guidance from your support team on the balance of my credit card and credit limit . I have multiple communication exchanges related to a fraud investigation that has been going on for weeks and remains unresolved .

Love the app and how Robinhood keep us informed very very helpful

I love Robinhood with one exception. My crypto account was suspended and I do not know why. I wish that someone could explain to me what happened. I still continue to trade on the account. Thanks for listening.

I had made several transactions to Robinhood to convert to BTC. Without communicating or notifying me, they cancelled my account but are retaining my money. I have emailed them several times and after 2 weeks they have demanded that I go through the entire process again with selfies, bank statements, etc. I question if it is legal for them to be stealing my money. I need it to buy heart medications but they do not care. It is follow their decisions or we steal your money! If there was a -5 I would apply it to this firm.

I am satisfied with everything. My only discontent is foreign transaction fees on my gold card . I was traveling abroad and had to use a different card the whole trip.
