Rob did a wonderful job on drawing up our plans for our side extension for our bungalow. We would have liked a pitched roof on the extension but Rob explained that it would not be possible as the Council would probably would reject the application due to it would have encroached on our neighbours boundary. Rob did the drawings with all the dimensions, the materials that needed to be used, the existing & proposed drawings. Rob put us in touch with an excellent builder & his team. Our planning application went through without any problems.
Rob contacted us straightaway once he heard the planning application had been accepted.
Both my wife & I highly recommend Rob for anyone who is thinking of having an extension or a design for a new build.
