Unfortunately, once the parcel is handed over to DHL, we have no control over any last-minute changes they might make. First of all, overall my experience was good. The product is well designed, I love my new tennis clothes from this brand, the colours and style is unique. Just one slightly annoying quality issue - the Robey logo on my Tennis Grand Slam Robey shorts has completely worn off after only one wash.

Robey Customer Service reached out almost immediately after this review, really appreciate their care despite the issue being a small one. They've offered to rectify the circumstance, incredible support! Thank you
