going 3.5 months, no robe

I ordered a robe but after 10 weeks I had heard nothing. The delivery time said 6-8 weeks. I got a reply that apparently my robe did not make it through quality control, so it would be another 4 weeks. So after those 4 weeks, going into the 5th I emailed again. No reply this time. Its been almost 4 months now. I ordered on March 7th. I could've taught myself how to sow and make it myself. Asked for just my money back, but I don't think that will ever happen.
