Marcus re-designed and installed a tv/satellite network and upgraded the wifi system in our home. He was professional and helpful and always focussed on the best solution within our constraints. He was available promptly to deal with some unforeseen problems. I highly recommend his services.
We needed to change our satellite dish and fix problems with our terrestrial arial. Marcus did the job well, but the arial problems remained. He then returned with a colleague, Sam, who repositioned the arial, after which it worked very well. We were not charged for the follow-up visit. Throughout, Marcus and Sam were efficient and courteous. I would strongly recommend the company.
We moved into a new estate and used Roberts aerials in blandford forum to install our aerial. The fitter said we needed the booster due to signal. Which was more money. So paid it. Our signal generally has been bad since we have been here. So i checked the aerial, I was shocked to see it pointing the opposite way to what I expected. And checked which way ours was pointing compared to neighbours. OURS IS POINTING THE OPPOSITE WAY TO NEIGHBOURS. Now the cynic in me feels that they just wanted to charge me extra money........I believe the cynic is right. Won't use them again and advise others not to.
