I have bought clothes from Robert Old for many (>30) years and have never been disappointed. If you want cheap then go somewhere else.
The staff are always attentive and knowledgeable

The atmosphere in shop was welcoming , the chap who helped me was really knowledgeable about the cloths . Patients and manors were perfect . Service was so good and a pleasant change . Love the fashion of all the goods in the shop and I will definitely be back. Love the fact you tailer the trouser legs to fit. Lovely shop and lovely people . Cloths are fabulous and I am fussy .

Robert old is one of my favourite shops with THE best gents Cashmere jumpers you will find anywhere and in the rare event of requiring an exchange or refund like recently with my shoes they do not quibble and make it easy with friendly staff

I'm very happy with the coat from Moorer I ordered for my husband. Delivery to Hong Kong was extremely fast and the item was packaged very well. I was able to find the right size which was not available on the company's website or any other site.

I ordered some Fracap boots at a great price with free delivery. Delivery was fast, unfortunately when they arrived they were the wrong boots. After reaching out they sent out the right boots the same day and with express next day delivery and a return postage label. Customer service were very courteous and helpful, great company.

My brother use to live in Sandbanks and went to your store when Mr Old ‘ran it’.
By chance I found your store when looking for a winter coat, having bought and sent back coats from half a dozen known top brands. As soon as I called I got a level of service the ‘others’ think they offer. I asked my questions bought the items and was stunned by the effort to present them on arrival. The jacked I had from others were in fancy boxes and tissue paper, held together by a sticky emblem. The jackets were all creased. You on the other hand delivered it as if you were taking it to a changing room - I hope others will find out what I mean by buying from you. I actually phoned up and said thank you.

Ordered two expensive items on two different occasions only to be told they didn’t have any stock. ! This is not how to run a business on the internet.

Robert Old are a rare breed of store where a huge range of quality men's clothing is on offer and is sold with old fashioned service and product knowledge. I call in at least twice a year, and keep an eye out for their top-value sales. Easily now the best reason for coming into Bournemouth.

I was pleasantly surprised at the packaging. They obviously care about presentation and care. The jacket itself surpassed my expectations. I love it and will definitely use Robert Old again without hesitation.
