No service at all scammed me out of 120 dollars no responses no items eff these people im filing charges. I suggest that NO ONE orders from here because you will not get your items at all.

this place is garbage and i am very disappointed because i wasted my money. I do not understand how this company is still on Facebook and instagram as fake as they are. the good reviews have to be coming from people who work for them, because i guarantee you it is all lies or if not people that work for them, people they made up to help themselves with reviews. If you're not going to deliver on your promise then close your business down. my attorney is looking into everything. I spent about $45 on two outfits so its not about the money its the principle of it all, but my attorney will be getting way more than $45.

I RECIEVED MY ORDER LATE! IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE NOR DOES IT MATCH THE ONLINE DESCRIPTION. ITS VERY CHEESY, AND THE PRODUCTS STINK ALMOST AS IF IT CAME FROM A SWEAT SHOW BUT IF YOU WASH IT THE FABRIC WILL SHRINK TO A CHILD SIZE. I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. ALSO THEY DONT HAVE ANY VALID CONTACT INFORMATION TO DO A RETURN. AND THE TRACKING NUMBER IS COMPLETELY FAKE! SAFE YOUR MONEY & TIME GET AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE AS POSSIBLE ITS A SCAM!

I find a new taste of fashion at Roaso. I bought several designs that fit my style. I found the Digital Printing Yellow Mini Summer Dress fine and I was glad it arrived even though a bit late. I could keep up with the lateness, but adore the dress. I hope Roaso people will continue remaining such updated for the rest of the business time. Fashionable clothes are everything we want.

I don't believe any of them good reviews on here because I've been waiting over a month for my items and I have not received anything nor a tracking number that I actually worked, no phone numbers work, no emails actually get sent through, no chat available or ever online,it's actually funny how they respond to the bad reviews but yet they can't respond to giving us an actual orders! do not order from this it is an absolute scam!!!!

Roaso provided great clothes for me to wear. Their customer service was extremely professional and quick to respond when I needed. I'm looking forward putting my fashion into their hands again!

Worst service ever! They make excuse after excuse hoping you'll just give up. Never! They owe me over $120.00 after I've waited 3 months. I'll just let PayPal deal with it now. Don't waste your time nor hard earned money on the low quality, shapeless rags they call clothing. Disgusted! this shouldn't even be legal.

I see that I am not the only one that is experiencing issues with this online store; I ordered two dresses from this website on November 19th and have yet to received my items!!! When ordering, I was please by the prices and the shipping options, so I said why not, well big mistake!!! I'm thankful I only spent a small amount of money, but hey money is money too me!! I went through pay pal for my purchasing and are in the process of disputing my payment as we speak! The crazy thing is when I processed a dispute, magically, I received a tracking number, via email same day to keep my mouth shut!!!The phone number doesn't work when you call and this guy or girl name "Blue" is responding to my emails through pay pal, but it still doesn't satisfy me because I still waiting. The tracking number that was sent to me, still saying my order is in Germany!!!! I don't a discount, or free shipping, I want my money back!!! Ladies, please research this company before spending money, it will save you a headache and energy!!! And who the hell keep giving 5 stars for this company!!! I'm pretty sure it's family members or friends that are in the deal and was probably paid with my money and everyone else's money that was scammed. Tis the season to scam people out of their money, Fa, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!! It is a scam! Dont let those good reviews fool you, those are just people who are paid by them to give good ones. They are horrible. Its been a month in a half and i still havent received my items. I emailed them and kept getting the same automated message back everytime. They sent me some bogus tracking number that kept saying my package was in China. Save the disappointment!!

I like Roaso because they have a true taste of fashion. They know what modern fashion is destined to look like and the company will spend much more time searching the finest fashion designers. If you’re looking for trends, please come see what is on display. I can’t say more when Roaso definitely has something of value for your wardrobe. I can't forget to say something about delivery, there were no issues.

I have never had a bad experience with any online clothing store except when purchasing from this company. The shipping time frame is completely different to what is advertised but that isn't really what has ticked me off! The dress advertised is nothing like the dress I received, it looks like something you would get at a market. False advertisement to the highest degree. Very very disappointed, I tried to get in contact with the company on two separate occasions to no avail. Will NEVER buy from this company again and will warn as many people as I can of this fraudlent company.

This is the worst experience ever. Good thing my payment went through paypal to dispute and its in progress right now. Roaso listed a phone number for the company and its a cell number and when u call it they forward you smh. BEWARE BIG TIME! Here is the number they listed 216 333 3188. Googled the area code and the number is an ohio area code but u never no. You can get any area code number now and days. I heard they out of china smh. Just be very aware. Have my presure up right now. Tried emailing and email isnt valid. Never again will i order off line. This wasa clothing line that appeared on my facebook

I received my items and they look nothing like the pictures. These people are using other people pictues and trying to duplicate the items... The quality is terrible.. I have sent several emails trying to find out where to send the BS back so I can get a refund and no one has replied.. It may not be worth sending back since it's coming from lord knows where... Please don't order from these people. UOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Let me point out that there are two good reviews here... pretty sure they are fake reviews from roaso employees. Ha! Shang and Zhang. Yeah.. anywho... terrible on so many levels. If I could provide zero stars, I definitely would. Looks nothing like pics. Looks like someone's child tried to make items and failed . Not to mention, I never got second item. No reply to any emails or chat. No number to call. No refunds. Nothing. First item took well over a month even though it said six to ten days. And was an absolute piece of crap. might as well throw your money out of the window if you're going to give it to these guys. Never again.
