When things go wrong

As a small business owner, I really understand how difficult it is to have everything running smoothly and especially when it comes to aspects of a business that needs to be outsourced. I made my first purchase of ROAR out of curiosity and was less than impressed when there was a large delay in receiving my order. I saw that it was mainly due to errors with the courier company and it was really difficult to contact them to fix the problem. However Sam from ROAR.DOG was amazing! After I contacted them through the chat function on the website he was the prime example of a customer service pro. I was given options and he went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience and loss of the box of raw food. It was a real shame that the first box was wasted because the packaging was really well done. The replacement box arrived still frozen and you can really tell that they do take care to pack everything carefully. I was also given a few extra chubs which was very kind and a actually very much appreciated because when it came to dinner time my young working dog absolutely LOVED it!

The grind is really uniform and would be easily suitable for puppies and adult dogs alike. You can clearly see that whole carcasses are used especially in the rabbit chub (my dogs favourite). ROAR offers a very simple and affordable range that makes it extremely easy to feed especially for dogs with poultry or other meat intolerances.

I am so impressed with all aspects of ROAR.DOG The product and service are both brilliant. I will be a returning customer for sure.
