NO COMMUNICATION/SATISFACTION
After laying out clear and concise conditions to ship a vehicle, RoadRunner did not comply and did NOT inform me that they would be unable to fulfill my shipment as needed. I gave them a clear window to ship the vehicle, they did not even begin to assign a carrier until the day I needed the vehicle shipped. This was all clearly defined with my representative (who did NOT pick up/call me back). I will go out of my way to use another shipping service after this abysmal business.

As outlined in the Terms of Agreement signed at the time of booking, all pickup and delivery dates and times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. That being said, we understand your concerns regarding the communication you received and will be reviewing this matter internally.
We sincerely apologize again for your disappointment and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
Expect the quote to be $300+ more than expected, and especially wait longer than expected for pickup/delivery
I have had my car shipped through them before and it was fine, but this time they overcharged the quote they gave after I waited over a week and a half for any update on the car. Not only that the shipment got delayed and they still took the money out of my account. From putting in the order and getting any update on it getting picked up, was about 3 weeks and I wanted my car shipped ASAP. So when the driver had to cancel last minute they had no care to speed up the process or give any reassurance for me, letting me know that "we don't know when the car will be picked up". So instead, I had to cancel my order, wait a week to get my money back and book through a different carrier who actually got my car delivered at a reasonable timeframe and price.

While all pickup and delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed, we understand how disappointing it was not to have your vehicle picked up within your expected timeframe. Our records show that your order was placed on 5/15 with a requested next-day pickup. Unfortunately, we were not able to secure a carrier until 5/26 for a scheduled pickup on 5/29. As outlined in our Terms of Agreement, payment is processed once a carrier has been assigned, which is why your card was charged at that time.
Unfortunately, the assigned carrier later canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. We immediately began working to secure a replacement carrier; however, before a new carrier could be confirmed, you chose to cancel your order. Upon cancellation, a full refund was issued.
We understand your disappointment and regret that we were unable to complete your shipment. We appreciate your past business and sincerely apologize again for the experience you had with this transport.
Destroyed the roof of my car, no reimbursement one year later.
I shipped my 1965 Galaxie convertible. Upon arrival, the top was torn to shreds. The driver admitted fault, and told me to file with the company insurance. Upon contacting RoadRunner, I was informed they contract out the loads, and gave me some phony insurance to file the claim with. It’s been a year, and I’ve received no compensation and no one will answer my calls or return messages.

Great driver and experience...
The driver who was the one that transported my truck was great! Really nice guy and was very nice to work with when picking up and dropping off my vehicle. The original driver scheduled canceled on the day he was supposed to pick up which was a bit frustrating being I had flown to another state to be there for this, but it happens, and they got me somebody the next morning. Customer service was quick to help and react. This was my second time using Roadrunner for transporting cross country, and it's been an easy and mainly smooth process both times, and would recommend and use them again.
