Somehow I ended up with a 0 strength vape juice, despite me being sure I ordered 18mg as I had several times previously. The confirmation e-mail did say 0mg, however it was in very feint.

In correspondence with the excellent Sam at Vape shop and we are in the process of resolving the issue I hope to mutual agreement.

Had a little issue with what I believed to be the courier and dropped an email in order to just let them know, I had a phone call within 3 days and the issue was more than resolved. Honestly best customer service out there and lovely people that own/work there. 4th time buying and never an issue. Love it so much. Cheers guys, keep up the good work.

Still not here yet been over a week or more

After one of my parcels got lost I wasn’t sure if I’d ever receive my stuff but after sending an email they were super helpful and replied promptly.

My issue has now been sorted and a replacement has been sent out, really appreciated the kindness, thanks again.
