I was really pleased with the efficiency of the staff (Steph and Matt) and a great job completed within expected time frame.
Matt, the electrician, was polite, competent and did a great job, including cleaning up after the Jon was completed.
I would recommend them and will certainly use them again if I need any electrical work doing.

Would 100% recommend RJ electrical who revelry came out to fit an outside plug . Jacob was excellent , clean , tidy and informative throughout the process . Such a lovely tidy job and took great pride in his work .
Steph organised everything and was always on hand to discuss the job , just a lovely friendly company . We won’t hesitate to use in the future .

Job was redoing outside electrics for lights and pond. Jack understood the brief and I received a detailed quote that gave confidence. Jacob did an excellent job of fitting out. Good communication from Steph. Very reliable throughout the process and stood out from other suppliers I have tried in the past. Will use again and would recommend.

So difficult these days to find people and companies one can trust but this company and its employees certainly fall into that category Reliable good quality workmanship and Steph polite and helpful at HQ,if you need an electrician talk to these people first.

I have used this company a few times now, and the work is always excellent, the customer service is brilliant, they have never let me down, I would highly recommend this company if you want the job done well first time.

This is the second time Jacob has attended to fix wiring issues and and also to install new lights in my mother's bungalow. He's a lovely young chap who knows how to do everything - and even vacuums up afterwards! Capably supported by the lovely Steph who advised and ordered the perfect fittings, arranged ideal times and kept in email contact throughout. Well done guys!

From my first enquiry, everything was handled professionally. Steph arranged a convenient day and time for the work to be carried out and gave me all the necessary information beforehand along with an extremely reasonable quote.
Matt completed the job and was professional, friendly and tidy, checked everything was working and that I was happy with the work before leaving.

RJ Electrical is the company to use when it comes to electrics. Use them the first time rather than someone else who will not do a proper job.

Rob is the person you speak to when you call, and he is friendly and will answer all questions and explain everything clearly. The company is honest. The service you get is worth paying for.

We had an EICR done recently, and there were a few issues that needed resolving. Jacob did the EICR and was happy to answer any questions. Ryan and Jack came out very quickly and solved all the problems, and even went above and beyond and partially rewired the bedrooms as they spotted issues with the wiring.

Everything about our experience with RJ Electrical was positive. Having been let down by a different company, Jack from RJ was so helpful getting his guys there in the timeframe needed. Jacob and Matt were great, reliable, explained everything and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working before they left. Will be using RJ Electrical again in the future and highly recommend.

Matt arrived on the agreed date and time and was considerate competent and efficient, completing the job and rectifying previous issues aplomb.
Only a relatively small job replacing a light fixture and inline fan in a shower cubicle but tackled with confidence and excellent communication.

We used RJ Electrical to swap radiators from one room to another. The job ended up not being as straightforward as expected but they got the job done and did it well. They were friendly, flexible and very competitive. We would use them again without hesitation.
