Had a great experience with this company. Every transaction so far has gone through with no hiccups. Unlike some other apps that charge more, these rates are really good. Also, the customer service team have been fantastic. When I've made a mistake, they have immediately rectified the mistake on the the system. I would recommend everybody using this app. As the rates are good and the unnecessary support is in place.

Absolutely terrible experience. I made a money transfer several days ago, and the funds have still not reached my beneficiary. I have contacted customer service multiple times, been promised callbacks that never happened, and have received nothing but the same generic email saying they are “waiting for their payout partner.”
I have now requested that the transaction be cancelled and my money refunded, but I have received no response to my email. I also tried calling again today, and nobody answered the phone.
At this point, my money has neither been delivered nor refunded, and I have been left completely in the dark. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. If you value reliable money transfers and responsive customer support, I would look elsewhere.
