Always gets a better deal than travel websites...
Suraj at the Riya offices in NY always finds me a better deal than I can find on most of the common travel websites including directly from the airlines for my travel needs to India. Very prompt with his follow up.

Positive Experience
I have had a good experience working with the Riya travel consultants. They are extremely courteous and helpful. I have had some communication challenges with the accent but it has not been too bad. The new website is a lot more informative.

Great Service!
I always book my tickets to India through Riya. Their service is excellent. I never had any problems so far and the rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend Riya Travels. Sheena Kurian helped me to get a good rate and the booking was done so quickly.

Gurbaksh is an Excellent Guy. He is very helpful. He can be a good leader as he explained everything I started at 1:30 Pm noon from USA and he was with me till 4:42 pm and finally issued the tickets. I took a lot of time on confirming but he was online with me and helped me in every question that i asked him. He has good process knowledge and his work is exemplary for everyone."
