The resort was excellent

The resort was excellent, food was amazing tasty and the customer service was extremely beautiful. They were always giving service with a smile and ask if you want any more. Turquoise buffet restaurant was exceptional, all the workers were respectful Had an amazing time coming back again. I will highly recommend. Big thank you to all the staff. Maggie, came for 50th birthday party.

I stayed in the hotel for 7days

I stayed in the hotel for 7days, the staffs were so polite, and the service couldn't be fault at all. The food was superb, the hotel was cleaned and everyone was so helpful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that's thinking of coming, you would even be served more than what you've paid for!

Mixed Experience at Rixos Bab Al Bahr Ras Al Khaimah

Stay Dates: December 18th to December 22nd

I recently stayed at Rixos Bab Al Bahr in Ras Al Khaimah, and my experience was a mixed bag. While some aspects of the hotel were commendable, several issues marred our overall satisfaction.

Check-In and Room Allocation: ★★☆☆☆

We had booked three rooms and sent multiple emails requesting early check-in, but unfortunately, we received no responses. The check-in process was cumbersome, and despite arriving at 11:00 am, only one room was ready. Subsequent delays and miscommunication persisted, with room 2350 not meeting the specifications we had booked. Kudos to the helpful staff member who eventually assisted us.

Housekeeping Issues: ★☆☆☆☆

Housekeeping was a significant letdown. Despite placing the makeup room sign, our room was not consistently cleaned on time. The delays ranged from 4 pm to 17:00, creating unnecessary inconveniences. Towel shortages post-shower were frustrating, and the need to actively seek out cleaning staff for essentials was disappointing.

Service Response: ★☆☆☆☆

The response from the front reception manager and overall management was unsatisfactory. Apologies were offered, but our request for a refund for the affected room was met with resistance, questioning why we didn't complain earlier. This was impractical, given that the issues occurred on the last night of our stay.

Restaurant Experience: ★★☆☆☆

While most employees were helpful, some in the restaurant were unfriendly, diminishing the overall dining experience.

Room Quality and Amenities: ★★☆☆☆

The room, especially 2350, did not match the booked specifications. Limited cupboard space, an ill-fitted phone in the bathroom, and a poorly designed toilet were noticeable drawbacks. The beach area had broken shells, making it uncomfortable to walk on without shoes.

Conclusion:

Rixos Bab Al Bahr has potential, and some staff members displayed dedication. However, the inconsistencies in service, housekeeping, and the response to our concerns leave much to be desired. I hope the management addresses these issues to enhance the overall guest experience.

DO NOT PURCHASE anything from the shops in Rixos Premium Seagate Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh as I have been ripped off in my Rolex ladies watch as I was told it is of very good quality but two days later after returning home it stopped working and I paid £100

You need to holiday here.

Rixos Premier Belek: Probably the best hotel I’ve been to for the price.
Super clean, great food, awesome room, fantastic staff, great beach and pools.
Going back as soon as possible with the rest of the family.

Food poisoning, smells toilet everywhere, worst cocktails ever!

I’m writing from Turkey.
We have to abandone our 5-night RİXOS SUNGATE holiday which we bought for 57,500 Turkish Lira in just 3 days.
The smell of urine permeated every area of ​​the hotel, from the elevators to the corridors, from the dining areas to the poolside.
In our room the long towel pipe under the sink in the bathroom was rusty, the toilet paper holder remained in our hands, and when we pressed the flush it continued to flow and we had to press it repeatedly to stop it. I can say that there was almost no water flowing from our shower. We requested a room change to guest relations and they stated that they could not help because the hotel was full.
Every time we entered the main restaurant, it was dirty, our slippers stuck to the floor, everything was stinky, everything was stale, we couldn't eat.
It takes 30-40 minutes for your drink order to arrive by the pool. cocktails are very bad.
We ate a hamburger and there were bones in it.
We talked to our agency and said that we wanted to leave the hotel.
We waited for hours to get a refund for the days we didn't stay at the hotel.
Finally, when my husband said that he would complain and take this matter to the press, things changed and this time we were offered a suite room and special treats in exchange for our stay.
But of course, we did not want to take that risk and said that we would leave the hotel immediately.
But since half a day had passed, our departure was postponed to the next morning.
And that evening after our last meal I was poisoned because of the meat I ate at the Alara snack restaurant. I vomited until the morning, and my 3-year-old son had a fever the same night because he was exposed to intense air conditioning in the playground. My husband explained my situation to the guest relations and asked for medicine and they said they could not give it without a doctor's examination. The examination fee was 100 dollars! Next day we left the hotel at 7 in the morning. We spent 3 days like a nightmare. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!

Best of the best in Sharm.

Stayed at their seagate hotel in Sharm. Can’t fault a single thing, it was perfect and experience was second to none. Would definitely stay there again and wouldn’t want to try another hotel now I’ve been here.

I was experiencing IT connection problem to confirm a UK booking.
Many thanks to hotel IT department for discovering the receiver site was down and
I was able to make alternative arrangements.

Rixos Sharm El Sheik

I have had an amazing experience staying at Rixos! The resort was super clean and the staff have been lovely and so helpful! The chefs in the main restaurant went out of their way to make us delicious vegetarian meals and looked after us very well! The chef in the Indian restaurant was very kind to make us a delicious vegetarian meal! Would highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation!

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi - exceptional hotel

We had the best holiday ever at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi. We were upgraded by Arman at the reception giving us a sea view room positioned on the 32nd floor. Needless to say that the view was breathtaking. In addition, Arman negotiated an incredibly good price for us for the dinner buffet. The food was exceptional - oysters, sushi, so many different fish, fresh pasta, lamb chops made right before your eyes and many many more. We were treated very well by the staff at the cafeteria, (especially by Suhaila) who gave us complementary baklava and drinks on the day of our arrival. We were even given an extra single bed (by Farida at the reception) free of charge, which made our stay even better. The cleaning staff was so polite as well, especially Anggri and Widi, who took the time to make animals out of towels. The three pools and the outdoor space were amazing. The private beach was also a pleasant feature and we went there a lot. I liked the fact that we were not fighting for sunbeds like in other even 5-star hotels. There was enough space for all the guests and it didn't feel cramped. It was sparkling clean everywhere and the staff makes you feel like a royalty. We made a safari trip in the desert as well arranged by Anna and it was great. Our driver was Mohammed Rashid from India and he was a very intelligent and knowledgeable guy.

Had the most amazing time , the hotel is beautiful the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you . The rooms were clean. Food all good .we will defo be back .

Had a great time in the Rixos…

Had a great time in the Rixos Dubrovnik, excellent service by the staff we had the pleasure of speaking to. From our arrival where Marco took our bags to the room, to Sergan who served us well in the sports bar and always chatted to us when he saw us around the hotel, it was just perfect. Diana was very attentive each morning at breakfast supplying my husband with numerous cups of coffee and Kristijan helped sort out our bill when we sadly had to leave. The rooms were clean and all the areas were always being serviced by the staff. The spa area is another great addition to the hotel and with an indoor pool available whilst the days aren’t so hot, you really don’t need much else. We found the food at breakfast and the evening buffet to be of excellent quality and the chefs in particular took great pride in what they did. If something wasn’t available they would go out of their way to ensure you were happy and would fetch it, if it wasn’t laid out.

The service in this hotel is terrible

The service in this hotel is terrible. Nobody cares about clients: dirty rooms especially restrooms, expired food and angry staff. Only money that you pay is in their priority.
Do not recommend this ugly hotel.
