Purchased a license key for “Excel Password Recovery Master”. The response email didn’t contain a key, only a message that said “can’t connect to servers, please contact developers”. It has been a week and no response from developers after multiple attempts. Money is gone, product not received.

I used the service that was supposed to recover a password. It only *removed* the password (I could have done--and did do--that myself!), which was not what I needed, nor what was advertised to me in relation to purchasing the license. I inquired immediately about a refund, which is facilitated through PayPro Global. They have sent my emails to Rixler, but there has been zero reponse from Rixler. Not even an acknowledgement of receiving the now multiple emails.
Be aware that they do not seem to actually recover passwords, only remove them, which is easily done on your own by making a copy of the file and turning it into a zip file (easily found with a Google search).
As of 28/07, I have received notification of a refund from PayPro Global, but have still never received ANY kind of communication from Rixler whatsoever. When I attempted to send yet another email through their 'contacts' page on 27/07, it just constantly timed out. Dissapointing, but not surprising given my experience with them.
Stay far away from this company and any product(s) it offers.
