I was looking for a trustworthy firm mainly for technical SEO services initially, and Rivmedia came to me very highly recommended.

This was a few years ago now, and they're my preferred team now for web design and other digital marketing services, they're my webmaster too. I can't imagine not having Rivmedia in my corner!

If you're a massive firm with a huge marketing budget, then maybe you don't need to worry too much about the value for money you're getting from your digital marketing agency, if you're an individual blogger, solo entrepreneur, or small to medium business, then I think you'll find Rivmedia are perfect.

It's not just a value for money thing, either. Working with a firm like Rivmedia, if you need help fast, you'll get it, without being fobbed off or put on hold.

Case in point, and what brought me to leave this review as I thought it was about time I did: We have had some really weird issue since early October, with important web pages, with them vanishing from Google!

They jumped onto it for us straight away, and it was so important to us that they worked onto it into the evening last night, and they fixed it! I woke up this morning to find all the pages in question were back towards the top of the rankings, all thanks to Rivmedia!

So, yeah, as someone who's had a lot of experience with Rivmedia, I can wholeheartedly recommend them!

Have been using them for a few years, great pricing, quick customer service response time and their technical knowledge to help with any wordpress issues I've had has really been a life saver.

Adam has been looking after our website design and maintaining all our sites for the last 3 years and I've never been disappointed.

If something goes wrong (which is inevitable from time to time) ive found that i get a response within a couple of hours and often sooner than that.

That makes a big difference especially if a website goes down!

We sometimes get some good SEO advice as well that helps us to optimise our content in the search engines and we don't even strictly use Rivmedia for their SEO packages!

If i was to put it in a nutshell i'd say "Service that goes above and beyond"

I came across Rivmedia a few years ago when searching for Norfolk based service providers, having used a number of agency's and freelancers before, no one seemed to get what i wanted to achieve. First meeting with Adam and I knew he was a good fit for me and my business.

Originally commissioning a re-design of our website in the automotive business, and then moving on to the SEO Service and marketing, I knew it takes time I trusted and believed in the the process. I'm so glad i did, Adam took our business from nothing, making a few sales here and there with a clunky website, to now making over 4000 sales a month and growing.

This is the first time I have invested any money in a redesign of my site by a third party. However, I only wish I had done this years ago as the result have transformed my dated site into a new modern place to visit. The process from start to finish took less than 2 weeks and I was kept in the loop all the way through the process. I was offered an array of different colour styles and logos which to be honest would all have worked with the site. The changes to the backend CMS system are not visible to the public but they have made the job of adding content, products and affiliate links so much easier. There is even a custom widget which constantly trawls the site for broken links = lost revenues. I cannot praise Adam highly enough and not only would I recommend him to anyone but I know I will be using his services again very shortly.

I had already designed a web site with another 'National' company but it did not work the way I wanted it to. I found Rivmedia through Google and I am VERY glad Google was on form, as from day one the transfer from my old host to Rivmedia was so straightforward. Adam is a great communicator and he works on the old fashioned principal that the customer is always right. If ever you need help or advice he will be there. A real pleasure to do business with AND at very competitive prices. Give him a try - I am quite sure you will be as pleased as I am.

Rivmedia did an absolutely fantastic job on my website, engineeringclicks.com and the end result was actually better than I'd even imagined.

The work primarily consisted of building a completely new website using Wordpress and Xenforo, integrated with Xenword, then migrating the data across from the original vBulletin + CMS website. Rivmedia's template for Xenforo was excellent and worked seamlessly with the template I'd chosen for Wordpress. There were also lots of customisations and extra features I had requested, and these were done perfectly.

Adam's communication and technical expertise were absolutely top-notch. I'm really looking forward to working with him for future projects. There's no way I'd go to anyone else now!

I was in need of someone to help me set up a forum which would be using XenForo. I had never done business with Rivmedia before, but boy am I glad I do now. Adam has been absolutely professional and generous with his time and ideas from the very start. He asked the right questions to get an understanding of what I was looking for, then he offered advice and suggestions as far as where to set up the hosting and which type of server would best serve our needs. After he had gotten the forum established and up and running, he was a great help by making adjustments to the appearance and features and making sure we were happy with the finished product before it went "live". Since the forum has launched, Adam has taken care of our regular server maintenance as well. These guys can do it all. I highly recommend Rivmedia to anyone looking for professional, responsive and dependable service.

I know what some might think about that positive statement... but nope.. we are not related ;-) Nor do I have any particular interest in Rivmedia. Having had websites built for various ventures over the past 15 years we have suffered with developers building a website and not giving us any backup afterwards. This all changed when we found Rivmedia who offer not only an excellent service whilst the site is being developed but also full backup once the site goes live which was very important to us. There is nothing worse than having a problem and waiting days for the developer to reply, with Adam he will always reply to our emails normally within the hour which is very reassuring for us as a business. On top of this he has built us a great new forum for our members and we have now instructed him for another big project.
