Overall very good.I am very impressed and pleased with my bird table and stand. Good quality .very sturdy.

Lovely hedgehog house,Very roomy, Unfortunately not had visitors in it yet but hope to in future,Would recommend riverside-woodcraft.This is second time I have purchased from them,I did have to wait over 3 weeks for delivery but it was worth the wait & cost was reasonable

The hedgehog house/feeder is great. Neat, compact but big enough to feed hogs or use as a nesting house. It's robust, well put together and looks good. It did take ages to arrive though. I appreciate they are made to order but it was a little frustrating waiting (as the foxes are nicking the hog food!).

Poor communication and slow delivery, very disappointed. Product was also difficult to assemble.

Perfect quality. Kept me informed of build timeframes. In tolerance courier delivery (48 hours). Given as a birthday gift to brother - well received. Hedgehog anticipated to take up residence within a few months!

Love my new hedgehog house. It’s beautifully made. Really substantial & I’ve had lots of hedgehog visitors immediately!

The ordering process was straightforward and the extended delivery times were explained as being due to the product (eco model) being made to order.

However the dispatch and delivery date came and went without any email updates. An email to the company elicited the response of ‘sorry that you didn’t get the update email we sent you’. This was followed by a copy of the email and the product was delivered within the timescales in that email.

The hanging eco bird table looks well made and sturdy with a solid mounting hook and clip. The birds are beginning to find it as it’s close to our original pole type bird feeder. We purchased this one because our young cat (adopted) should have been an Olympic High jumper who cleared 6 foot to reach the feeder. The new table is higher up and hopefully safer for the birds to use.

We have considered the tall wooden bird table but weren’t sure that it is high enough to defeat our version of Tom Hughes.

Really good communication and updates on order. I bought a hedgehog house that was given as a birthday present, which went down really well!! Good quality product and well built.

Great product, well made and sturdy, took a little while to be made even though the web site quoted it as "In Stock"

The quality of the product (a wooden bird table) is excellent.There was a holdup inproduction which I was notified about, & the item was sent out later as I requested. Email conversations were answered promptly & courteously.
Overall a good product & good service.

The bird table looks good. It is solid and well built. However, there was a delay in it being built and delivered which meant that my Dad received his Father's Day present late hence the reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.

We pushed the boat out and bought a Premium Bird Feeding Station. Whilst it isn’t the cheapest, it’s an absolutely beautiful, solid and well made bird table. All the holes lined up when building it making it relatively easy to put together and it looks superb in the garden.

Beautifully made feeding station that looks great in the garden. It is solidly built and seems to be enjoyed by the garden birds of all sizes. Just needed to add a couple of hooks to it to hang fat balls and nut cages etc so that the small birds weren't beaten to the daily rush of seed!

The bird table we bought was of an excellent quality and easy to put together. After a few stand off days our resident bird life are now making full use of it.
