Bought a sweater that I thought had a…

Bought a sweater that I thought had a cool design, but when it arrived, the seams were poorly sewn together and it looked very far off of what the photos showed. The dye design was great, but the poor construction dropped the worth significantly.

That all would have been fine had the customer service not been completely pitiful. The person who (barely) replied to me was sassy and rude.
I was offered 80% in credit, but received a 20% discount code... With about 9 staff members, maybe they should instead consider 8.
