I'm Seth m. Monforte. my account in rivalry is suspended due to.il try so many times send my id document for verify.also to level up my basic users to verified users. Then suddenly my acct was suspended due to so many times try send my id .
Plsss help me to back to normal my rivalry account . My rivalry acct is connected to my fb Gmail and gcash .pls pls.plsss help me.

If only I could give a 0 or even a negative star, I would! Unhelpful customer service! After having a conversation for the last 4 months, they ended up suspending my account just because they cannot fix their own fault in their system. They robbed me of the money I cannot deposit from them. Now they are no longer responding to emails. They have useless customer support! It's really infuriating. NEVER TRUST THEM!!!

I made my first rivalry account went through the verification process finally get done then as soon as it send me back to website it told me my account had been suspended (I didn't even get to bet or deposit!). Now waiting for them to look at my ticket going on 4 days no reply terrible time.! Beware!?!?!?!?!

Went through their fairly rigorous verification process (photos of drivers license, and a selfie where you rotate your head) got verified, tried to add a small amount via e-transfer, their process is bad, they accepted and confirmed my transfer but it never made it into my gambling wallet, reached out to support, took about 5-10 minutes to even get a reply after going through the bot, support wasn't helpful and told me I'd need to wait up to 12 hours for my money? I asked to be transferred to a higher up or the payment centre, never even got a reply. If you're thinking of hopping on to do a quick bet, I highly suggest you don't, since now for some reason my money is just in gambling limbo and I'm going to have to jump through hoops to get my $75 back.

1st account they suspended due to unknown reason. (Therefore account is closed/ inactive)
Made a new one, then after winning multiple bets, decided to withdraw, my account got suspended.

Suspended because of multiple account when the other acc is closed already.
