Ritz had great plans for our food…
Ritz had great plans for our food experience. We visited many religious site and touristy venues. Due to weather we missed views and Mt Fuji hike. Hotels were good but worst one was in Kyoto. Tour guide excellent bus drivers good. We could've had fewer shrines and one people to people experience. Rather hectic pace and so much walking.

My tour to Taiwan was great
My tour to Taiwan was great, albeit, a little rushed. The accommodations were very good. The language skill of the tour guide can be improved. The agent that helped us book the tour, Lillian, is caring and professional. Overall, it was a good value for the tour.

Most everything went very well. The exception is the tour guides did not volunteer information about the city, the people, and some times too little information about the places we are visiting.

Just got back from our trip to…Thailand/Singapore
Just got back from our trip to Thailand/Singapore. The hotel accommodations were very nice especially the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok hotel in Bangkok. All of our guides were very accommodating and quite knowledgable. The elephant sanctuary in Chiang Mai and the Phi Phi Island excursions in Phuket were definitely highlight material. We added Singapore as a side trip. We had a guide for one day as part of the tour. Our guide agreed to do an extra day and half of guiding for us which was very helpful. The hawker stands in both countries were great. Once again we had a great experience with Ritz Tours and would highly recommend this trip. Our travel agent, Lilian, as in our past trips did a great job of arranging our trip!

Our private tour of Thailand was really good in quality and value. The flights were on schedule. The hotels are highly rated and centrally located. The included meals are varied and delicious even with the restaurants in the local areas visited. The tour guides and drivers were very friendly, helpful and dedicated to their jobs. Their services exceptional. Of course, there is always room for improvement. But Ritz Tours is surely one of the best around that we have tried. We will use it again and recommend it our relatives and friends.

Top notch, personalized, private tour
We just concluded another private tour with Ritz. Once again Lilian worked with us to create a spectacular, personalized, three week, tour of Southeast Asia. The service, resorts and excursions were thoughtful, diverse and top notch-as we requested. And for us it was effortless. She anticipated all of our needs with the grace of an experienced travel agent.
We have traveled with other luxury travel brands and Ritz Tours has surpassed them all in value and service.

Family private group tour
Our family of 14 recently enjoyed a second private group overseas trip through Ritz. Ritz took care of our first private group tour of 27 people 6 years ago and, in both trips, we were treated most professionally, expertly, and even personally where and when needed. In addition, we started on their regular tours and kept giving them repeating business over the years before we trusted them with our own private groups. We have recommended them to friends who reported back with all positive praises.

Even beat my highest expectations!
Went into this expecting a great experience, and Ritz outperformed my highest hopes!!… cant give enough kudos to Ritz. First of all, we went with only another couple , who by the way made the trip even better, so wasnt sure if ee were even going to go at all. All the accomodations were terrific for the areas that we were at. The guides were terrific espicially Sanya in Phuket. Definetly the best tour guide I’ve ever had…who ever works/employs him should be very very very happy. Had a memorable experience in every city. Hard to say anything that could have made it better. For us, one day less in Bangkok and one day more in Phuket would have made it even better, and we arent even beach people. Just so much more than beaches in Phuket. So happy with Ritz that booked another tour while still on this one and looking to incorporate more in our travel plans. Defintely go with Ritz. Over 30 yrs in great experiences and continuing. Cant say enough good things. 5****+++!
