Super excited to try this.......... whenever it gets here. Shipping is taking a long time.

Nope....can't get by the taste.....not even close to gin and I'm bummed because I was so looking forward to it....dang......oh well.

Missing Gin=Unexpected review of customer service...

I ordered the sample package for my wife to try all the seemingly good Ritual Zero Proof bottles of goodness. She saw the charge on the bank account and when I told her what I had ordered she said, "I can not wait to have a Gin and Tonic!" Well the tonic and limes were bought and yesterday the shipment also arrived. I pulled at a bottle of "Tequila" followed by a bottle of "Whiskey" and then another bottle of "Whiskey"... NO GIN! I looked at the bottles again, 1 "tequila" and 2 "Whiskey".

Knowing this was a mistake, a little oops, I fired off a nice short email asking how we might trade out one of the Whiskeys for a "Gin"? In less that 20 mins I got to emails. The first was an order confirmation for one full size bottle of Ritual Zero Proof Gin. I was slightly confused, as I had not ordered said bottle of "Gin" including expedited shipping. The second email stated that I would see said order confirmation shortly and apologies for the missing "Gin". I have never been on the receiving end of such great Customer Service before! I was floored, in the best way possible!

Was the "Whiskey" great? I couldn't tell you, the quick actions of the team at Ritual, to fix a little oops, made me forget all about my beverage experience. I will have to send in another review, of the the Gin Tequila and Whiskey next time.

My bottle of Ritual Zero Proof Whiskey was shipped and received quickly and it was well packed. The taste was mild & slightly sweet at first with a warm spicy peppery finish that I found pleasant. I sipped mine straight or on the rocks. The aroma from the glass at a distance was similar to whiskey. I wasn't expecting it to taste exactly like whiskey, so I wasn't disappointed. My biggest frustration was trying to get the cork top off & on. I would probably order this again.

I got the products very quickly. So far i have enjoyed the gin.

The taste of the Tequilla did not meet my expectations. It tasted like spiced water. The taste did not improve even after adding mixers. I ended up disposing of the bottle.

Ordering from Ritual Zero Proof was super easy. I always love free shipping, so that is a plus. Their website is easy to navigate and well organized. The ordered item arrived in a timely manner and in the time frame originally given. I also appreciate that the order was in an appropriate sized package and not sent with unnecessary extra packing or too large of a box (as I like try to create less waste where possible).

Ritual is a lifesaver! For health reasons, drinking and I are on a break. I didn’t miss the drinking but I was missing that evening ritual of making my cocktail that signified the close of the day and social hour with friends. My girlfriend recommended Ritual and it really ticks all the boxes. I do the tequila and the taste is great! I don’t feel like I’m having a replacement, it’s the same end of day treat without the alcohol. I wish it was sold in stores but the delivery is really fast. Now I can have my Ritual cake and eat it too. Thanks for making a quality replacement.

I love having a tasty, viable option for when I (or my guests) do not want an alcoholic beverage but do want to join in the fun! Thank you!

I was very impressed with the customer service I was given. My order arrived frozen and broken and all I did was send an email with a pic and right away another order was sent.

The Whiskey was a good purchase. The aroma is fantastic, the taste seems close to a sweet apple cider with hints of oak and peanut butter, the mouth feel resembles a low proof whiskey, but goes very well with Coca Cola. I look forward to experimenting with the recipe book that was sent along with the bottle. Overall, I was pleased. I expected the mouth feel and taste to be a bit stronger, but I will be buying again.

I like the gin alternative but am not a fan of the tequila alternative at all. Unfortunately, I don’t think I can drink it with any form of mixer.

Great the non alcoholic

Customer service was responsive. The order showed up on Saturday, so I could enjoy a couple of beverages over the weekend.

I purchased two bottles, one for me and one for a friend who has stopped drinking. I wanted to try it because i enjoy the daily routine of having a drink and enjoy the taste of a good whiskey. I felt that my first glass was a bit spicy with a little to much heat. I'll try another glass this week and see if it's an acquired taste or maybe a little to much for me.

My review at this time is for ease of order and prompt shipping. Both were excellent. I've not tried the product yet. Will update :)

Whiskey has unpleasant taste, can't drink it.

Fast free shipping. Recieved in 2 days. Product decent. With some experimenting you can make some tasty non alcoholic drinks but dont go into it expecting to make your favorite cocktail and it will taste the same.

It definitely isn't alcohol, which is fine because it... well, isn't alcohol.
The whiskey alternative, however, makes a delightful "Old Fashioned" The smokiness really comes through and the peppercorn adds a nice bite. Really great product for mocktails and i'm excited to experiment more with it!

The ritual whiskey replacement is amazing, very peat-y tasting I love the smoky flavor. The gin replacement is very botanical and can almost (emphasis on almost) be drank without a mixer. I very much enjoy these and would highly recommend as an alternative to seedlip.
