The customer service - they resolved the issue at the earliest and kept me informed.

You call me when refill is a week away,shows up at my door within 2 days,you take care of everything for me,ask how I am Doing on medicine.You seem to care about me and my well being.

I’m wondering why my bottle does not say the ingredients that The web site so swears by ! Can someone let me know what the ingredients are on their actual bottle!!

I purchased the buy one get one free and heard that sometimes you are automatically signed up for a monthly subscription. I didn't want the subscription and maybe missed that when I ordered. I emailed Ritual Labs and got a response instantly on how to check the subscription. It didn't work and I emailed back and they took care of everything, indeed I had a subscription, but it was canceled. No harm done. Great customer service!!!!!!

They automatically put you on automatically ship i canceled and asked for a refund before the order shipped and they still shipped them. I also told them via email told to take me off autoship and they continued to autoship me stuff. I had to go into a different website to shut it off. I have sent 3 messages to support to try to return the 2 orders with no response. Even if their product is good I won't be ordering from them again. I would also advise others to find a different source and don't buy from them.

Happy liver did not help me at all. Got charged for it and didn’t even know it was set up for automatic refills.

The company is a rip off as they try to state you signed up for monthly subscription when you do not. Then they make a shipment without my approval. Now dealing with credit card to get refund. Stay away from this group. Very unethical and difficult to deal with.

I had an issue with my order and it was resolved to my satisfaction very quickly.

My order arrived a bit later than expected but after emailing Ritual Labs they accelerated the delivery.

I was charged without my knowledge. I was subscribed without my knowledge. They want me to receive a product, then return it to get reimbursed. I would not recommend this company.

I do not like that I was automatically signed up for a subscription. I had ordered a 4 month supply of the product and the second month I got charged. for a new order.

Customer service was great in canceling the subscription, however they were not able to stop processing the new order, even though it hadn't shipped yet. They were quick to respond on every email.

Then I received the unordered product and it was time to return it and get a refund. Communication had suddenly halted. It took several days for a response. Finally, after several days, they gave me a link to return the product, but that came with a reduced refund amount. I had to send another email and wait again.

This time, the wait was only a 2 days, but they made up for it by going a step beyond. They refunded my money without the need to go out of my way to return the product or fill out any forms.

It took a bit of time and back and forth, which I was not happy with and would have rated very low, but all's well that ends well.
