They are scammers ‼️
Initially they shared a picture of very beautiful and qualified girl from our cast as our desire. When I pay their fee, they said the girls Family is not interested in your profile anymore.
Believe me or not, they are hundred percent cheater and scammers‼️‼️

Please do yourself a favor and don't waste money with this site.

I set up a profile with Rishta Depot now called "Rishta Site" two years ago. Had a terrible experience with impolite matchmakers and horrible customer service and decided to not renew my profile again. For the past 2 years, they've called and emailed me several times to let me know they've found "potential matches" for me, even though I've emailed them to request they remove my profile from their database. They're continuing to use my details and images without my consent, despite very respectful communication via email and over the phone that they delete my profile.

If I don't receive a response to this last request to remove my profile and images, I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau and escalating this legally.

Don't ever join this company in your life and don't waste your precious time. You'll just go mentally ill if you work here for even a month. There is no option to give a negative rating otherwise I would rate this company in a minus.

Letting me know about a job for sales advisor and customer service they told me first we will give you are dozier letter and they told me once I will clear the training period which is for one week I will get the letter of intent and after clearing the probation period of four months I will be given offer letter but it did not happen like that I work there for 15 days and they gave me a script of renewal and sales and think that I can crack all customers mindset with that script and I told us to learn it by hard, and I did it actually but still the HR saw that I can speak good English and I can write it as well so they had a creepy mindset about me, After 15 days, they dropped me a mail that we can’t continue with you because I have discipline issue. My mother was in the hospital for five days, and I took a leave for one day only to take care of her, because no one was there to take care of her at that time, and recently I got infected by eye flu and the CT of the company named Shiffy Srivastava, told me on Google Meet, that if you have that kind of problem, you need to be at home, you don’t need to come have rest so the next day I took a leave. I called HR Piyush, letting him know about the last day at what the CTO told me and he told me that I will get back to you once I will confirm it to the CTO, but he did not call me back and in the evening they dropped me a mail letting me know about that we have revoked your offer and I call them. I told them about what happened today but there was no any kind of positive response. even they were so aggressive, like it is not up to us and the next day I went there, Neta Ji Subhash Place office and a Raghav was who is 2627 years old guy who is trying to threaten me that you are not our employee you don’t have a offer letter you don’t have a letter of intent so you can’t prove it anywhere but you have worked with us and we are not going to pay the money for 15 days. It is rubbish, and he was like trying to threaten me that I have a lot of link outside this office and I can do bad bad with you, he was sounding childish and he told me get out of here or I will call the security and I don’t think that I said anything wrong to them, but that proves that what you are and if I got you. HR policies are rubbish, the HR name, Raghav and Piyush they both are illiterate person. They don’t know how to work. They just make nonsense policies about the company and they want us to follow it. They don’t know how the HR policies works. They don’t know how the HR works. They just have some kind of a fantasy in their mind about running this entire scam They are working in a soap disc very congested area and they call themselves an international company which is exactly it’s not the owner name Karan who lives in Canada. I don’t know exactly what is going on in this office. The recruiter HR are just 12th pass. They don’t know proper English or Hindi shiffy Srivastava She thinks she is the smartest person on the planet and actually she is because she has a honey trap in which they take the money off investors and use them in misguiding them that we are actually working and actually they are not. This company is a matrimonial company and hardly that company have like 200 clients and they are running in at least 5 to 6 countries like Canada, USA, Australia, UK and India in which they have a power to take membership amount which is 45,000 for five months for 20 matches They are free to hold customer profile for 7 to 8 months. They miss selling to the customer. Tell them that we have a lot of matches for your preferences. But actually they are not most of the clients are off-line. Most of the clients are whose membership has expired. Most of the clients are who don’t want their profile to be shared anymore but still they are using it, so whoever is searching a job in rishta site.com it is a big no no that don’t come in this company

I would like to introduce myself first. Basically I am from India and currently I am working as a teacher in New Zealand. I came across a video on YouTube about rishtadepot. It was being telecast on a punjabi news channel. I watched another video from rishtadepot on another punjabi news channel. They were taking guarantee about finding the right match. After discussing with my parents I filled the application on rishtadepot.com on 27 June 2022. After filling the form I received the call from Karan with country code +44. Not sure if I am allowed to share the number here so skipping it. He made me belief that they will find a right match for me in New Zealand or Australia. Afterwards he asked me to pay a fees of around 540$ Australian which were converted from NZD to AUD. So I ended up paying 621.28$ NZD through paypal on 27 June 2022. He shared a profile with me with a picture of the girl along with her bio-data. Please note that the link which they send on the email does not contain any contact information or name of the match. The profile was claimed to be from New Zealand. I kept on recieving a match every week. Some of them from Australia and from Canada as well. I didn't received any calls or they didn't organized any meetings with the parents of the matches they were sharing with me. The last match which I received was on 12th April, 2023. I was shocked to see that the profile which was shared with me earlier claiming that the girl is from New Zealand, I received the same profile at the end with the same girl in the profile claimed to be from Canada. I am not receiving any matches or emails from them. They are doing an organized fraud by paying to the news channels and using their platforms to gain popularity and cheat the people. My humble request to all of you who so ever is reading my review. Please don't waste your hard earned money. Don't fall into the trap. Their are other popular platform I don't want to name anyone where you could create a free account and use their services. Thanks for reading. Very unprofessional company who never calls back once you pay no follow up nothing asif and jagroop were assigned initially then they transferred to someone else.....not recommended at all.

Review are false written by the owner and call center employees. Karan is owner , Lokesh Adarsh Rajinderpal are call center employee. Matchmakers are full of bluffs. I paid charges In Dec 2022, didn't receive a single match. Karan is a fraudster along with his realtor brother in Brampton, Ontario.

Guys this is a scam company. Look for the reviews and you will notice, they are not from the verified profile. Stay away from their service

Rishra depot is rip of business, Employees make you to believe in that they have good profiles. That’s not true, They just play game with. They promised with me they will share one profile with me every week. This never happened, Employee making excuses that my E mail had gone in to Junk mail. I try explaining that I m receiving all the other E mail. They only share one profile with me, which was their one emplo. I am going to complaint to Bysiness bureau. Please safe your money this is judgment fraud.

No idea this company

So I joined RishtaDepot after talking to Tanveer. I called the service and was transferred to Tanveer. I am happy I spoke with her. We clicked right away and she understood what I was looking for. Sent me the some matches. So far all of them are good visually.

I have never been in touch with any of their employee
Firstly Mamta is handling my profile then rishab then jania, Kunal, kulvir now didn't understand who's handling my profile
Then consistently share fake profiles to me
One profile they sent to me ,I already attended her marriage party a month ago .
They are doing fraud with families, playing with their emotions.

Now someone suggested that I chargeback my money

I request everyone to read this before paying to beware of these kinds of frauds.

They are fraudsters. They take your money and do not care anymore. Even rishta websites provide better service than them. Generally, I do not write reviews but this was an extreme case.

Story:
I had a warm talk with their representative who opened my profile and helped me made payment. But afterwards, the story with matchmakers was quite - a chaos. No one cares what you want, you just get rishta from different match maker every week. And never ever got any response from those profiles ( I hope those were real). 🥴

What was more frustrating was that they would not talk about refunding your money. They do not respond to those emails.

It is quite funny to see that they are actively replying to the reviews than replying to their clients who actual pay good amount to talk to them. Had they responded to them on time, they wouldn’t have needed to reply here.

But anyways, my recommendation is to stay away from them and ‘their alikes’.

I wanna thank my friends who suggest to charge back my money . They are completely doing fraud to families emotions and also ruins their hard earned money
Don't trust on these they all are fake

One year back I connected with an advisor named AMAN SANDHU when I read his own review on this site then I believe that they are frauds who didn't respect their employees they cannot respect their clients too. Zero star rating.Totally waste of money.fraud company fraud office locations. I will money fraud report for this company send to fraud department and legal action.

Didn't even answer my call also mail id's provided by them keep on bouncing back
At last I decided to reach the office which they said @ 21 kings street

There is no such kind of office ,after investigation I found that they are calling us from India
At the time of registration they said they are doing this since from last 8-9 year
But didn't find their history of eight years
They shared a fake(edited) payment receipt ,they didn't even register with this name

I ask them for a refund they keep denning but I cannot let my money go like that to these people , I charged back my money

Beware of these kinds of fake company

It's been three months since I registered my brother's profile after paying $599. Firstly they share a profile if we said yes to them they replied to us this family is already in touch with someone , they didn't reply yet.
two week ago I got a match whose age is 29 and height 5'3" and she did a diploma in sales and marketing

When I recheck that profile after 2 days ,then all the specifications are changed as age becomes 27 height become 5'5
Education becomes a diploma in Business and management

How is this possible?
I called the agent and he said it was by mistake.
How can a person become younger ?
