NEVER SHIPPED MY ORDER THEN SHORTED IT

I placed an order on July 31, 2023. This was my second order with this company. First order arrived quickly. However, beyond confirmation of the order I never heard from the company. I had to contact them FOUR times before I finally got a response which happened 18 days after the order was placed. Then order shipped with only 2 of the 3 items paid for. Now I can not get them to respond, a full month after the original order. The product is tasty yet the bitter taste I have from dealing with this company will keep me from ordering again.
