Total Lack of Integrity
The owners, Paige and Brian use ChatGPT for everything while claiming authenticity is their strength. During my coaching relationship, I was experiencing difficulty due to my mother's failing health. I reached out to them with heartfelt vulnerability as well as a true desire to get some help in order to scale my business while also feeling blocked. They responded to me with an AI generated reply. I consider this, responding to humanity with inhumanity, the complete antithesis of authenticity. I gave them the opportunity to be honest regarding their AI use which was met with a lie of omission. I communicated that I no longer felt comfortable working with them since trust had been broken and requested a refund for the unused coaching months which was denied. Total lack of integrity. My minimum expectation from a coaching relationship is honesty and integrity in this case I found neither.
