I am already stuck with thousands of dollars. This is a very manipulative platform, avoid them, they don't pay. I have sent several messages to their customer care and they never responded. I opted for PAIVA and I have been paid without interruptions.

It was a regrettable experience investing here. They are full of lies, I deposited with ease but I have been having difficulties to withdraw. I have thousands of dollars stuck with them. Anyway, I am now with PAIVA, and their top notch services and fast payouts cannot be compared.

PONZI SCHEAM & SCAM

If I could give Zero stars then I would, they take your deposit, don’t tell you about only taking out 10% or YOUR deposit at a time, meaning it’s 10 months before you see your own money back,

So here’s the deal, you get to withdraw once, maybe twice, but never a 3rd unless your building a team under you, once you stop finding investors/suckers to invest like you did, your withdrawals stop,

I was totally sucked in by a friend who I trusted as he was getting regular withdrawals, I lost £2500 and got $250 out.

Don’t be sucked in, it’s all a Ponzi scheme and I should have known better,

I won’t cry over the lost funds because they are cursed and the people who have them now will loose more than double the amount they stole, what goes around, comes around and they will need to answer to god himself one day. Hell will be waiting for them,

It appears to be real, but it's not. After seeing the dazzling website and the lofty claims, I signed up and made an investment. A few days later, l attempted to withdraw, but nothing occurred. Fortunately, Good merit, has been paying me without any issues.

Been with VASTREACH (invest) a few weeks now. Didn't think I'd notice a difference this fast, but here we are. I am not lokking anywhere else.

All good till you want to withdraw!

Like many, everything was smooth (exciting even) for first few m months after I joined in March 2025, good service, quick replies — until I tried to withdraw some funds.

My only goal was to gradually get my initial investment back then let it build for ‘rainy day’. First two withdrawals went fine. Third one? Not so much.

A smaller withdrawal got hit with an AML flag. I still don’t understand the trigger — seems to be connected to me not being a “big player” or not contributing to the “Riot ecosystem.” Most in these groups don’t seem to have a problem withdrawing.

I was given two options: A (continue, might trigger something internal) or B (wait 30 days). I chose A by mistake, meant B. Next day: email saying my account was being closed for ToS violations.

No warning that was even on the table. I immediately replied to explain, and Jessica Lee (yes the one and only) responded saying mistakes happen—but the account action was finalised, and I’d have to appeal. Except… no one seems willing to actually guide me through that process (asked many time from different Riot personnel.

At first, I was told my account was closed. Then a few days later, I’m told it’s on hold for “due diligence checks.” Most recent message: “Sorry for the delay, we’re looking into it.”

So which is it—closed, on hold, or just slow? This ‘AML flag’ seems to be diminishing in severity with each response.

I don’t even care about the account anymore. I just want my initial investment back. Whether this is a scam or just seriously mismanaged—I’d steer clear.

SCAM!

SCAM! Once you are making deposits and signing new users up everything seems to be going fine, in fact the Riotaxi system will make you think you are continually make profit. Then when you stop signing new users up and make a withdrawal they will use delay tactics such as saying that their AML (AntiMoneyLaundering) system have detected you. Then they will put you on a monthly withdrawal plan asking you to only take out 10% of your initial deposit a month and slowly build a pattern of withdrawals. Then when you have withdrawn for a couple months, and your half way to getting your deposit back they will email you closing your account saying the following...

Reason for Account Review:
The potential violations identified may include, but are not limited to:

Platform Tools Exploitation: Misuse of RiotXAI tools or features to gain unauthorized advantages. This may include, but is not limited to, inflated referral ranks or improper use of trading tools in a manner that violates our platform’s intended usage.

It's all a scam to keep as much people signing up as possible while holding people of from withdrawal funds. If you question things in the Telegram chat they will ban you. The Telegram chat filled with users who are either in on the scam or people they are using to promote the scam. Do not invest!

It's 100% a SCAM

Things seem to work up until you try to withdraw money. When you first register on the site and have to deposit money you get fast replies and staff seems friendly but if you try to withdraw and it's not working, nobody will reply for days and even if they do they will give you excuses that make no sense. My first attempt to withdraw was rejected and when I tried the second time I got an email that said they are closing my account because I violated their terms and conditions but no explanation was given of what I dit wrong. Just a bunch of rubbish.Guys don't believe what you see online. People who rated this with 5 star just work there. It's all a scam. Don't waste your money.

I have totally embraced SIMPLE CHANGE. The growth I have seen in just few weeks is undeniable, I just love it.

Well looks like its finally happened

Well looks like its finally happened.

As I have built up my pot of profits I have been making some small withdrawals.
For the last 2 months of April and May I have been able to make 2 withdrawals. 2 each being 150 USDT which seemed to have no issues at all.

Now comes June's withdrawal. As I made a little more profit this month I decided to withdrawal 200 USDT this time and shock horror I have recieved the dreaded email starting this. Also coincidentally I have been removed from the telegram chat aswell. No indication why. Even reached out to Riotxai support but no answer yet.

Dear Cammy

Our newly developed Automated Customer Due Diligence (ACDD) system has detected withdrawal patterns outside the typical range for accounts of your size. While your account remains fully active and tradable, the system has recommended a 30-day pause on further withdrawals to ensure your account continues to operate in good standing.

This is a proactive measure to minimize the risk of unnecessary compliance flags and does not indicate any issues with your account. To avoid triggering an AML review, we recommend rescheduling your withdrawal for approval in 30 days. However, if you choose to proceed with the withdrawal now, please be aware that there is a high chance of triggering an AML notice, which could result in additional compliance checks and delays.

Please confirm how you’d like to proceed:

🔹 Option A – Proceed with Withdrawal (Not Recommended)
This may trigger additional verification and delays.

🔹 Option B – Defer Withdrawal for 30 Days (Recommended)
Our ACDD system has deemed this the best way to avoid account flags and ensure uninterrupted access.

Please confirm your choice by replying to this email. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Sincerely,
RiotXAI Compliance Team

I have emailed them back and waiting on a response. What i just done get is that if I made 2 withdrawals of 150 USDT why is it soon as I do a withdrawal of 200 I get this email. Also what realistically is 30 days going to do to make a difference. Surely at the end of the 30 days its still going to be a problem. And who is laundering a poultry amount like 150 and 200 USDT honestly. It may be because I only put an initial deposit of 250 USDT in the platform and now that I have withdrawn my initial deposit they won't let me withdraw any more. Not sure what is going to happen with this but I can see the writing on the wall. They are going to use there lame excuse of AML or something to that effect and close my account. My account as it stands at the moment is small but has at least 3500 in it.

Good luck to anyone who uses the platform.

SCAMMERS! RiotXai hid my last review after getting exposed. Pasting here again to warn others to once again STAY FAR AWAY FROM RIOTXAi! They are a SCAM, and most definitely a PONZI/PYRAMID SCHEME

The title says it all. I say this again: STAY AWAY FROM RIOTXAI!! IT AND EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLATFORM ARE A SCAM!!!

Username: anamael224

On the 27th of May, at exactly 6:43pm (I have screenshot proofs of this), I issued a withdrawal of my funds for $220. It’s been a WEEK now since then, STILL have NOT received my withdrawal. I messaged their team on WhatsApp again and again (appalling customer service, might I add) because I grew impatient of waiting and waiting, only to redirect me to their support email. I then emailed the support team only to be replied with this:

“Date: 2025/05/30

This is complete BS in my eyes. I had high hopes for this platform and now I dread not ever getting my money back. If anyone who reads this heeds my warning, you will save yourself from the inevitable consequences that await you.

Once again, STEER CLEAR AWAY FRIM RIOTXai. THEY’RE SCAMMERS!!!

!!!UPDATE!!!

RiotXAi has now claimed that my review violates TrustPilot guidelines after being exposed, hence this review is now hidden on trust pilot and has been moved to the so called ‘Attacked’ category.

By doing this, they have proven every point I have made about them in this review. If this isn’t proof enough that RiotXai, their CEO, their top contributors and everything about them are SCAMMERS, then you’re in for a rude awakening.

Just like what happened with FTX with Sam Bankman-Fried, RiotXai’s days are numbered!! Enjoy it while you still can because once this SCAM company falls, it will fall HARD!!!

It’s bad enough that they hide reviews that exposes their shady tactics and keep all the 5 start reviews, which are most probably fake reviews anyway to lure more unsuspecting and gullible people into their platform.

Their downfall is inevitable. I rest my case. If you still choose to follow and invest money with them after all that is said here, then I’m afraid you deserve everything that comes your way.

Updated review. The end is nigh (hopefully)!

Updated review. It feels like the wheels are starting to come off now for Riot. Some of the big hitter recruiters (hi there - you know who you are) seem to be getting cold feet and are removing references to RiotXAI from their social media profiles, not to mention Alexander Goldsmith (so called CEO) removing it from his LinkedIn as highlighted before. If that isn’t a red flag, what is?? If you start digging a little bit deeper, you start to see his face appearing in various promotions for other dodgy looking schemes based in Dubai (Riot itself is based in Singapore). The victims of this scam (of which there are many) will not rest until this Ponzi scheme/Pyramid scheme comes crashing down. Do NOT sign up. You will almost certainly lose your money.

Fraud in Broad Daylight

I was emailed 2 months ago saying my account was banned for AML (anti money laundering) I tried to withdraw my initial deposit of $1000 I was then told that my account was frozen because I tried this but I would potentially be refunded my deposit (the same amount I was banned from withdrawing). Since then I have sent numerous emails and spoke with support and they have blanked me and told me lies like I’m a “top priority” and then ignored my messages for weeks. This company is fraudulent and needs to be closed down with immediate effect and the users refunded all money they are owed
