A very good product, it works very well and is a much cheaper option than a bidet. The directional aspects are excellent it reaches all the parts as required.

So easy to use, love the clean feeling.I did not watch all the videos so I found the suction bracket a little difficult to stick to the surface this was my fault, maybe the instruction sheet could detail is a little better, But in all great device.

Great company to deal with and enjoying the RinseMate very much. It's so much cleaner than using toilet paper. Ever since a trip to Thailand a few years ago we thought what a great idea. Why don't they do that in the UK. Well, now you can. 10/10

It is very easy to set up apart from the pipe holder which doesn’t stick to any parts of the toilet wall nor side of the toilet tank. It is very versatile as you can use it outdoors too. The 2.5 litre tank is enough to keep a fresh water to use. Always feeling fresh every after use and definitely less loo roll usage since we got it. I highly recommend this product.

This company has given me nothing but the runaround about shipping. My order was placed five days ago. I complained about the long shipping time and they paused my shipment for reasons unknown. Then I asked them why they paused it and they said it was because I was complaining about the shipping I guess. I still don’t understand why they would pause shipping my item. Their product ships from China and I think what they are really doing is giving all kinds of excuses about the prolonged delivery time because they can’t do any fulfillment because they have no product except in China. The marketing emails never stop. They’ll send a tracking update without a tracking number and then the tracking service wants you to download a Chinese tracking app. What a complete BS experience.

Positives - spray nozzle is a nice design, seems sturdy and well made, and is fairly strong - the flow is faster than battery powered bidets I’ve used in the past - and there was not excess packaging.

Negatives - it was late to be delivered. I had two e-mails saying it failed quality assurance so they were changing the unit and then testing it again - so I think it took an extra 5 to 7 days. Also, the tank is a bit smaller than I expected from the photos, but it’s not small. Can’t comment on suction cup for the nozzle yet, but other reviews have made me nervous about this!

It does what it claims to do. I was sceptical but had always wanted a bidet but our bathroom has no room. Saw this advertised and thought I'd try it but wondered if it meant my bathroom floor would resemble a swimming pool. To my surprise I found I could use it just fine. Love it. Thank you.

Had an issue with suction cup of holder when I tried affixing it to my glass shower screen, relocated to the side of the toilet tank. Seems to be sticking for now.
The rinsemate works well if the pipe is not trapped or kinked, very floppy plastic.
Seems a very good system to keep the elderly as clean as possible!

Excellent addition to any bathroom, easy to use with no plumbing required. Recommended

After using the product for just 1 week the suction cap kept falling off. I tried different places and it stuck for a while, sometimes even a day but kept falling off. I am disabled and have mobility issues so having to keep picking it up off the floor was difficult. Customer services have been useless. Asking me for videos of the issue. How am I supposed to know when it’s going to fall off so i can video it! Will only refund if not been used as per their policy. Not sure how you can know there’s a fault without using it. Avoid at all costs!

The init broke down within 2 days of receiving it. It took about 10 emails to customer services and they eventually rejected the claim. It had only been used 3 times.

Be aware that when the unit breaks you will get no suport

It’s a wonderful creation and I’m fortunate to have one. I got it delivered a little late but that was fine. It is super easy to use and it has met my expectations and daily requirements. I hope it will serve my need in the future.

I highly recommend this product. I had been struggling to find a quick and reliable solution, and RinseMate solved that problem perfectly. The quality and performance have been excellent.

The only downside is the price, which is a bit on the higher side. I hope there will be a price reduction in the future so that it becomes more affordable and accessible to a wider range of customers.

Product broke down (power button malfunction/ doesn't close) 2-3 months post purchase. They claim there was a water ingress inside the unit and won't be able to refund based off their policy.
Not sure how can you investigate such issue if the unit itself is not with you.

This is just great! Better than years of using a jug which soaked the floor. I use for travelling where sinks are not near the toilet to use a jug! Very simple idea. Very pleased with it.

As someone with a medical bowel condition, I find this absolutely amazing. I'm elderly and most bidets are way too low so this solves the problem entirely. Wish I'd known about it years ago.

There were delays and problems with the delivery but I was kept updated. Finally arrived in good condition and found it easy to use. I haven’t bothered trying to attach nozzle to tiles as I would prefer to keep it in a cupboard mainly because it’s unattractive.
I have medical issues so was very keen to have a bidet but that was not possible, this seemed a compromise I could manage.
For me I find it cleans but I would prefer another higher speed to be perfect. I don’t have a problem with refilling, I just use bath taps. I can use my own mild liquid soap and my toilet roll consumption is going down.
If it had another speed it would be spot on but it definitely helps. Just not quite there yet but on the way.

During the time I worked in Thailand, I used the nationally used 'bum gun' to do the post toilet cleanup. The problem I encountered was too wide a spray pattern which made the water exit under the toilet seat. Using was too much trouble. I purchased the rinse mate because I do like water clean up. I can state with absolute certainty that the waters spray stays within the confines of the toilet bowl and is compact enough to get in position from the back of the toilet seat or the front.. I would recommend this for anyone. Very happy.
