What an horrible company thet send you the wrong phone, bearly apologize and do not tell you where is your phone. I have to spend a lot of time to find a return point for their miss-sending and after 13 days of waiting for my phone, they told me they are issuying a refund and... offered me a 10 euro compensation on an Iphone Pro Max 16 (I received a Samsung M51 lol) They will make you work for their own mistake. Mistake happen, but the way you handle them make a respectable person or not. Please, avoid them at all cost.

The worst customer service, someone called Helena that never read the questions, never gives a full answer, and arogant,
They dont have the system to complain exept through her.
I was almost going to contact the CEO Kristo Kraft just to make him aware of that all of their hard work and sleepless nights of building a good company will just vanish with a bad customer service agent

Ordered an iPhone through Refurbed and got it from Ringy. The phone is in better state than promised. And the delivery was very fast. So I’m very happy :)

Phone perfect, exactly the service I was missing in Estonia. Site (filters) not working properly, needs more testing, integration with Kevin not working correctly, you are not handling the language transition, and its a big nono if the payment process confirmation ends with a different language (Esto offer, you can change the language there manually, but that already not ok). Customer support did not read emails, that's also another thing to solve. Otherwise, again, I am happy with the phone :)

Do to an unfortunate mishap with the local delivery company, my ordered Phone threathend to be late for my holliday. Luckily, Oliver and his team went out of their way to fix the issue, kept in close contact during the entire proces and even managed to get the Phone delivered to my holliday adressen.

Im beyond satisfied and reccomend anyone getting their equipement from Ringy.

Excellent and quick service. I ordered ipad grade A and it was like new. Also i like that they are using sustainable packing material. I will definately use Ringy again in the future.
