Georgia and Gary saved my day!

This morning I got locked in my flat as the door handle came out, the door closed and got stuck. I called the GMV concierge, Georgia and Gary came to help me right away. They were lovely and they tried to comfort me while they were doing the work. They managed to open the door and fix the issue in a short time. Thank you both so so much!

Portal difficulties

Spoke to Aashootosh today with a query regarding my service charge account. He gave me the information I needed and helped me to access my account. He was very professional, helpful and friendly.

Fast response and resolution

I received fast and excellent service when reporting the issue of overgrown hedges and trees behind our flat. Aashootosh Dattani handled the matter very efficiently, promptly contacting the gardeners and resolving the issue within a couple of days of my initial contact with Ringley.

Susi- highly commended for outstanding service

Susi, the relationship manager for my block at GMV, provided invaluable assistance in clarifying the recent service charge bills and correspondence. The documents were presented in a format that was difficult to comprehend, leaving ambiguity regarding the demands and deductions made by DD. Susi went above and beyond to understand the issue, ensuring that the information she conveyed was both accurate and clear. Her professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills were evident throughout our interactions, and I highly commend her for her outstanding service.

Been living at the Mailbox apartments…

Been living at the Mailbox apartments for over a year now (Stockport). Apartments are really good, and the landlords are generally very helpful with any problems/issues that need solving. Situated in a prime location too.

A very positive experience

Our previous Factors were frankly useless and borderline criminal. Since switching to Ringley, our development has improved vastly and they even reduced the costs after reviewing the books. The difference and improvements in site and services has been night and day.

My correspondence with them has always been positive and pleasant and I'd like to give a special shout out to Denise at Ringley Law for going above and beyond when we urgently needed specific documents for our solicitor. She really helped us out.

I highly recommend Ringley.

Shocking Neglect and Incompetence – Avoid Ringley at All Costs

Despite paying hundreds of pounds every month, our building was left in a shocking state of neglect under Ringley’s management. The bin store was so filthy it attracted mice — leaseholders had to buy professional cleaning tools and clean it themselves. The bike shed and windows were broken for months with no repairs, and the roof garden was completely unusable due to bird droppings.

A major leak on Floor 1 and in the garage went unresolved for over two months, causing extensive damage to the walls. General cleaning was consistently ignored, and any effort to get Ringley to take responsibility was met with silence or delays.
It was only after a change in landlord that a new management company took over — thankfully.

Please steer away from Ringley property management.

Prior to the end of our management period, your Relationship Manager held a meeting with residents to explain the financial position and the limitations around day-to-day management. As you're aware, the only available funds for managing the development come from Service Charges. Unfortunately, your development was transferred to Ringley with a ‘sales’ budget rather than a properly structured operational budget, which significantly limited available resources.

Additionally, there were unpaid voids for vacant units left by the developer, which were only settled when the freehold was sold. These financial constraints meant that Ringley had to operate on a very restricted budget from the outset.

We fully acknowledge the concerns raised and appreciate that these issues are not the fault of the owners or residents. However, with such limited funding, we were required to prioritise statutory compliance over other works.

We hope that your new Freeholder will provide their managing agents with the appropriate funding needed to carry out the necessary remedial works and address the outstanding issues.

Help with a serious leak

Aashootosh was extremely helpful when there was a serious leak at my daughter’s property.

Appreciation for Johnny’s Outstanding Work - DFS

I just want to give a huge shout-out to Johnny, the site manager at Denham Film Studios. The site has improved so much under his supervision. I've had two recent interactions regarding a couple of issues, and both were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
