Received my ring fast and I love it
Received my ring fast and I love it! So far it’s been very accurate and the app is easy to use. The ring fits great. The silver finish is very nice. Charges up quickly and does last more than a week. I replaced an Oura gen 3 and so far I don’t feel like I’m missing anything other than the subscription fee which is awesome!

I love my ring! The only thing that wasn’t a seamless experience adding the extra year warranty on to my ring since I purchased it through Amazon. I didn’t initially get the email with the code in it to link my purchase. I got it all figured out via the customer service, but this shouldn’t have been a problem. Otherwise, I love the ring and its functions. Please add more workout types to the list for tracking calories etc.

Fantastic accuracy. I've been wearing Ringconn Gen 2 for almost 1 year.
I didn't knew anything about this brand. It attracted me when they said it measures the HRV every 2.5 minutes. I am wearing the ring 24 hours a day so I had the chance to validate the accuracy even with my circadian biorhythm.

Stopped working within a year
The first ring (gen 2) lasted 8 months before it stopped working. This was replaced free of charge as it was within the year. The replacement lasted another 8 months before it stopped working. Same issues, wouldn’t connect, then wouldn’t turn on even with a full charge. The company offered me a discount on a product that had increased in price by over £100 since I purchased. No thank you.
Poor quality, poor customer service
I've owned the RingConn 2 just over a year. It has suddenly stopped holding a charge. The company refuses to replace it and says that I would have to buy another, but at a discount. My partner's ring also stopped working (albeit in the warranty period). It's clear this company does not have a quality product and does not care about retaining customers. If they cared, they'd stand by their product and replace the defective one.

My experience with RingConn has been extremely disappointing, both in terms of customer service and product reliability. Although there is a 1-800 number, the live agent was unable to resolve my issue and instead stated they would email technical support, which delayed any real assistance. I originally purchased the ring and had to replace it within three months. Less than a year after receiving the replacement, the ring completely stopped working under normal wear and tear. There was no damage or misuse—it simply stopped functioning after I forgot to charge it once. When I contacted technical support, I was told I would need to purchase another one for $100. For a product at this price point, this level of durability and support is unacceptable. Based on my experience, both the customer service and the product quality have been poor, and I would recommend researching other smart ring options before purchasing.

The first year the ring worked really well, but just a few days after a year the battery life got killed immensely. before the year had passed it worked as prescribed for around 10days. Troubled are that it reports to become fully charged from 0% to 100% after 1min in the charger, and then kinda stops charging. if I then reset the ring as instructed it shows kinda true batter life remaining.
Resetting the ring every single minute to get it fully charged makes it last like tops 20 hours.
I'm quite sure it must be a problem with the ring and not the charger as it reports to becoming fully charged so quickly every time resetting the ring.
Apart from this battery issue the ring has been really good without any complaints. But becoming this bad only after a year isn't good. If it ended up with 5 days battery life it's bareable, but 20hrs and these kinda charging issues makes it unwearable.

This is a company that is proud of its product and so it should be, they after sales team are superb and quick to respond. The ring speaks for itself, they others have a lot to learn. I am very interested to see what they achieve in the future, I’m sure about outstanding.

Great fitness/health tracker. Its so cute, sleek, and stylish and tracks so much useful info. Charges fast. Works great. AND customer service was INCREDIBLE. Had an issue months into use and they went above and beyond to resolve it.

Customer Service is a Joke.
Customer Service is a joke. I ordered the sizing kit an a Gen 2 Air but when I got the sizing kit I decided to switch to the Gen 2 vs Air. I contacted customer service online where the only option is to submit a ticket. I waited a day and heard nothing back so I just gave up and submitted my ring size for the Air. 5 days later (3 biz days) no word on shipping, no email on the original ticket, nothing. I called to check on my order, they let me know its on hold because of the first "ticket" that i never heard back on. I figure I have a human on the phone, might as well make the changes I wanted. Agent lets me know that the process to do that is to SEND AN EMAIL to the other department and that department will get back to me in a couple days. There is no way to speak to an agent in that department. So now I wait. With a 5% confidence that it will work out. Baffled that this how they manage their orders and customer service.

Avoid. My entire experience with RingConn has been awful.
I tried buying this ring twice. First through the official RingConn Amazon store, the order was lost. Then I ordered through RingConn Germany (their official supplier and distributor in Europe) and the product was never even shipped. Delivery delays were not disclosed, my refund request was ignored, and support stopped replying.
After weeks of chasing emails and being passed between distributor and brand, I was forced to initiate a chargeback.
Most concerning: more than a month later, I am still waiting for my refund.
What is unacceptable is not just the delay, but the complete lack of transparency, accountability and customer care.
For a premium health-tech product, the post-purchase experience has been shockingly poor.
I wanted to love this brand. Instead, after two failed purchases and still waiting for my money back, I’m warning others to be very careful.
