As my first vehicle with alloy wheels
As my first vehicle with alloy wheels, living in a major metro area I was looking for something better than custom lug nuts to protect those wheels from theft. Rimgard came highly recommended on the Civic subreddit so I grabbed a set. I strongly suggest watching a couple install videos to get more acquainted with how freakin' easy they are to install.
While I bought these a month ago, I had to wait for more favorable temps before installing. That may be why the putty didn't want to grab the caps but a sharp knife point around the edge did the trick. Regardless, installation was quick and painless.

Dishonest Company, good product
Signed up for their new wheel locks for my Honda CR-V. I was told if I signed up and provided imstallation pictures, I would receive a rebate for some of my money back. The product itself is actually great, but the reason for the one star is because of the company's lack of communication. After sending them pictures of the installation as instructed, they have not responded to me at all.
So not only did they keep my pictures, they kept my money as well. Very disappointed and makes me believe they are a dishonest company.

We’d like to clarify how the cashback offer works, as it may not have been completed yet. Sending installation photos is only the first step. The refund is processed once a short form is submitted and reviewed, which is done in batches after the product has been in use for a period of time. If the form hasn’t been received or completed, we unfortunately don’t yet have the information required to issue the refund.
We also want to be transparent that our office is currently closed for the Christmas and New Year holidays, which may explain the lack of response during this period.
We absolutely do not keep customer photos or payments without following through. We’d really like to resolve this properly and ensure you receive the refund you were promised.

Customer service responds quickly
Customer service responds quickly. I received the package within two business days in Germany, shipped via UPS. The product itself is great and looks very solid. Unfortunately, it did not fit my Mercedes W214 AMG with 20-inch rims, so I had to return it. The return process was straightforward, and I received a full refund without any issues. It’s a shame they didn’t fit—otherwise, I would have kept them, as the product appears to be high quality and well made.

Caps do not sit flush
Covers do not sit flush on rims, there is enough room to pry off with a pry bar.

The lock you purchased should sit really flush on the Touring wheel you specified when making your purchase with. That particular lock on that particular wheel should leave very little room for prying.

These look incredible on the car and Support team made it work
My 2026 was difficult to locate on the site as it was still 2025 so I had a lot of back and forth interactions with Martyna in support.
She stuck with me until I got the correct version for my new car despite it probably being obvious to her.
There was a small issue with the order that was handled pleasantly and to my full satisfaction. It really made the difference.
Super nice quality pieces and these things look awesome on the wheels. Not cheap but the security these provide is hard to compare to other methods of locking as they completely cover the lugs.
For me with a new car it was an investment that made sense and the fact that it made the car look better was a bonus.
With new cars especially, don't hesitate to contact them as I did to avoid a potential return. Of course they will take a return but neither you or Rimgard want that!
