Fraud@Rimahly

I ordered a product that was advertised as a SQ11 Mini Camera, but I received a different and lower-value item. The seller instructed me to return the product for a refund, which I did at my own expense. I provided the return tracking information and proof of shipment, but the seller has not refunded my money and is no longer responding to messages or calls.

I believe this account is involved in deceptive business practices and may be scamming customers by advertising one product and sending another while refusing refunds.
