I want the money how i win

This is now my fifth message regarding my withdrawal, and I still have not received any response or solution from your support team.

My withdrawal has been stuck on “processing” since February 18, 2026, which is completely unacceptable. It has been over a month with no updates, no communication, and no resolution.

I am extremely disappointed with your service. If this issue is not resolved immediately and my funds are not released, I will be forced to take further action, including reporting this situation on multiple platforms and filing a formal complaint.

I expect a prompt response and a clear resolution as soon as possible.

I recently signed up for rilla box and…

I recently signed up for rilla box and deposited money and opened a few boxes in which I managed to win a few good items 2 of which I requested to withdraw the money to my crypto wallet , I have been waiting over 48 hours and still hasn’t been processed. I also haven’t had a response from the chat/email team.

Extra:

It has now been 6 days since I made the withdrawal and I have heard nothing from their support team and m withdrawal is still processing

Complete nonsense, people who advertise this should be ashamed of themselves. odds are completely stacked against you easy to deposit, impossible to withdraw if you want to lose money and have a bit of enjoyment out of it stick to a casino.
