We had a very disappointing experience with the automatic driving instructor at this school in The Hague.
My sister had ongoing lessons with him, but there were several instances where lessons were cancelled at the last minute, often with explanations that he was unwell. On some occasions, we later saw him giving lessons to other students on the same days and times.
He later informed us that he had been in an accident, suffered a back injury, and would be unable to work for a period of time. However, when contacted later from a different number to register for lessons, he responded and scheduled lessons within the same week. When asked for clarification about his availability after saying he seriously sick to his student, he immediately began deleting all the previous WhatsApp messages he sent to schedule a meeting, so as to clear the lies he told and clear off the poor prior communications from him.
Additionally, he appears to accept multiple bookings for the same time slots, which can cause scheduling conflicts. Which is why he randomly cancels lessons last minute
As a mature individual with family responsibilities and being the only automatic car instructor of the school, it is important for this instructor to maintain honesty and reliability with students.
Improving his communication, organization, and transparency skills would enhance the experience for future students and positively reflect on the school.
His approach is very unprofessional and very bad for the image of the brand.
