I wanted to purchase a Hold Fast moneymaker for my husband but his size was not in stock. A delivery was due on the Friday, received an email from Andy at 8:30 that evening saying that it had arrived, he had put it on a special order for me to purchase and he would dispatch it ASAP. He mailed me again on the Monday to say it had been dispatched and it arrived promptly on the Tuesday morning. Amazing service from a retailer who really knows their product.

I accidentally brought the wrong size Hold Fast Money Maker Dual Camera Harness. I emailed Rigu to ask if I could exchange it. I received a quick and friendly response. As soon as they received my package I was notified that my smaller harness was on it's way to me and it arrived a couple of days later. Andy's personal attention has made the entire process enjoyable and easy. I look forward to buying more products from him in the future, I highly recommend shopping here.

My light brushes and adaptor arrived quickly with a nicely personalised email from Andrew letting me know they were coming. Very pleased with the quality and have enjoyed playing with some light painting building on some skills being learnt at night school. Made even my poor talent look decent.
