One word, SCAM

The reviews speak for themselves, complete scam company. Take your money, the items never sent. You contact them every single day to be fobbed off repeatedly. Very rude and were never actually going to send the item anyway. Thankfully paypal recognised they were a scam and refunded me. Stay clear

I did pay with paypal, now they are refunding me after I open a case!

Feels like an injustice having to give them even one star just to write a review. I, like everyone else here have been scammed. Still now parcel or refund after 3 months - do not buy!!!

Still waiting for my order from early May 2020. I was led to believe the item was being sent from the UK. It seems as if I've been scam will be getting in touch with credit card company to get a refund.

Been 5 weeks since my order and still haven't received it. Get the same reply everytime I email, they just say they are working with the shipping department. They said they won't refund till I receive the product, and they can't tell me when I'll get it. Do not buy from this company.

Scam, stay away from this company. I ordered on the 21st of April and after not receiving tracking number and sending a number of emails to them and getting excuses, I opened a case with PayPal. Within a couple of hours I had tracking number for chinapost, so company is not based in London even though it states this on website. I have just received a refund for the product which has never arrived.

Ordered over a month ago, no item received, no refund either.
They told they will check with the delivery company.
Wasted my money on a scam

Do no use - i am usually good at spotting scammers but because this company was advertised on facebook I let my guard down. Ordered on the 4th may after looking online but was unsure the quality of the resistance bands on eBay coming from China. Once the Facebook ad with rigking came up I check them out claiming they are based in London I thought I was onto a winner. Didn't mind paying a little extra because it was a British based company. However this company is buying from eBay and then reselling the products. This is why there is such a delay. This is why everyone ends up with China tracking codes. They are using the same advertising pictures as all the Chinese products on eBay. Total scam and misleading. The website has no refund policy even tho they guarantee 30 day money back. This company needs shut down. Trust pilot should also be removing the only 5 star review on this company considering the person leaving that review seems to have the same surname as the scammer Mr Ali Stewart

After ordering 10th April then becoming suspicious after reading these reviews etc realising I like all of you had been scammed.
They told me they would process refund after many e mails and even sending them messages through messenger. Anyway 8 days later still no refund which I suspected would happen. Absolute con men these guys at rigking. Everyone please report to action fraud

Just like everyone else, I ordered this item months ago. The money went to 'Tibu Tenerife'? There was a link to this site - it does not work. Got the fake tracking address as well.

Fortunately, after my second email to Paypal where i mentioned all the details and even sent them a link to this website evaluation site, I have been granted a refund.

Hopefully this means paypal will be blocking rigking purchases off their site soon

No item delivered no response to
A refund request

Waited a month for items, not arrived, no tracking number, no item, keep insisting that the item has been dispatched but will not provide me with a tracking number or a refund. Complete waste of time and money.

Can confirm this is a SCAM.

Decided to cancel my order the same day I purchased on 7/5/20 and I've still not received it.

When ever I email regardless of what it says I get a reply "We will look into this and get back to you. Thanks! "

Cant see me getting my money back...

Ordered items in early April and still not received. Asked for a refund and keep being told they need to refer to someone else. Scam artists. Dont bother with them.

Orders begining of april was given a tracking number and tracking stopped on the 29th of april opened case with paypal and received my refund avoid at all costs if it sounds too good to be true it normally is

This is a scam. Ordered Aril 6th. No delivery received and they don't seem capable of processing a refund. Avoid.

I ordered mine about a month ago and still not here, I’ve messaged them many times and I keep getting the same message back, That they will check with dispatch and then they’ll let me, but then never get back to me, I’m not the only one that they’ve done it to, it’s a scam.

Complete scam. Ordered weeks ago, never received anything. PayPal dispute ongoing. Absolute trash.
