They could try and honour their promise to call us back to give us a price which they have failed to do.
It's too late now, we had to go elsewhere.
Graham and Mark are liars.

We visited Rightway carpets and flooring in April about getting the ground floor and landing of my sister’s house recarpeted and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They gave us an honest opinion on which carpet would be suitable for our needs and didn’t try and push us to choose a more expensive option or rush us for a sale. We were even treated to a latte from their coffee machine!
In order for us to choose the correct colour for our rooms they lent us their carpet book for part of the day/ evening so we could see our options in situ.
They were very prompt and efficient and came to measure up and fit the carpet at the time we agreed on.
The carpet was fitted at the end of May and the fitter did a beautiful job.We are extremely pleased with the overall results and the personalised treatment we received overall.

I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service and quality of the carpets supplied by Mark and Graham at Rightway Carpets and Flooring. I had been disappointed with what other independent and national chain outlets in Cheadle Hulme and Hazel Grove had offered me. I'm so glad I called in at Rightway. Firstly, Mark and Graham - no pressurising - just helpful and knowledgeable - these guys know what they're talking about. Two of the absolute good guys. Their carpets - even their lowest price stuff is absolute quality and feels like a much more expensive product. It's much more than just value for money. We had our three bedroom carpets supplied by Rightway, fitted on 22 January 25. We're absolutely blown away by the before and after difference the new carpets look, make and feel underfoot. The fitters, Alex and his colleague, Paul, are total craftsmen - did a perfect job. They never stopped for a break - just worked their socks off!! Well done and thank you to them!! I would recommend to anyone who needs carpets to call in to Rightway - in Cheadle Hulme precinct. You don't have to visit the nearby national well known coffee outlet for a coffee either - Mark or Graham will give you a quality cup of the stuff - better than the coffee house as well. I can't speak highly enough of Mark and Graham and the fitters - great old fashioned helpful, quality customer service. Traditional values in a modern setting - as a famous politician - sadly no longer with us used to say.

Mark and Graham were so helpful with the purchase of my flooring. So incredibly knowledgable and the shop is situated in a fantastic spot in the heart of Cheadle Hulme. Very easy to access and park. I would highly recommend Rightway carpets and flooring for all flooring. As they stock the highest quality products for really affordable prices.

Mark and Graham were very professional and quickly identified the carpet we were looking for. They brought carpet samples to the house, measured and provided a cost estimate the very next day. Product was available for the whole house in just a few days. We had installation in two separate appointments at a convenient time without additional cost. Prices were competitive and whole experience was very easy. Will definitely recommend to others 10/10 experience.

Delighted with our stairs and landing carpet from Graham and Mark at Rightway Carpets & Flooring. There was a wide choice of colours, types and a good range of prices. We were able to borrow some samples to take home to look at in a different light. Once chosen, Mark came to measure up precisely. This also helps to keep costs down which is very helpful with today’s cost of living. We were very pleased with the price and placed the order. There was no rush with regards to fitting, as they gave us time to finish our decorating! Much appreciated. The carpet itself is Riviera Twist, Monaco Silver. It is an ultra hard wearing twist but feels so soft especially with the new underlay. In fact we were able to draw on Graham and Mark’s experience, as they were able to answer any queries we had. On fitting day, Alex and his team were punctual, friendly and did an excellent job including taking away all the rubbish! Thank you very much to all of you. Very happy customers.
