I recently rented a property through…

I recently rented a property through Right Now Residential and was really impressed with everything. Brogan was brilliant. She kept me updated, explained things clearly and made sure nothing was left hanging.
Overall, a very professional and straightforward experience. I would happily use Right Now Residential again and recommend them to others.

Avoid rightnow

Rightnow was the property manager for my flat this year and the quality of their service was just awful. The flat was in very bad conditions, and i had to send 5 emails before having an answer and 10 emails before any action was taken. For example when my kitchen sink was blocked it took them 2 weeks to bring a plumber and even after I had to unblock it myself. The communication with the property managers is really bad (I sent emails to a couple of them). They will answer you emails only when they need something from you and ignore all the rest. I definitely don’t recommend this company if you have to rent a flat in London. My house was not clean when I arrived the walls were full of stains and they want to charge us for this at the end of the tenancy. They try to scam a lot make sure you take pictures of everything when you move in.

Being in the maintenance industry I…

Being in the maintenance industry I know the struggles and issues that occur when dealing with contractors, tenants and landlords.
Communication and initiative is so important and I have worked closely with Alisha at RIGHTNOW residential and can honestly say without her guidance and can do attitude our job would be so much harder. She is an absolute credit to the company and a fantastic property manager.

I had a great experience with Tanisha. She was always very attentive, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process. She made everything much easier and smoother, and I really appreciated her support and clear communication. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly agent

Avoid at all costs!! orrendous experience — lied to, ignored, and mistreated.

Avoid Right Now Residential at all costs. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was lied to by Remy Tracey, who misrepresented the property I agreed to rent. What I signed up for and what I got were two completely different things.

As a disabled tenant, I was subjected to coercive pressure to sign a tenancy agreement under false pretences, and once I moved in, I was left to deal with uninhabitable conditions, unresolved maintenance issues, and no basic utility information. I was forced to unwind the tenancy legally — yet I’ve been completely ignored ever since.

Despite sending multiple formal emails and notices, they have failed to return the £2,920.22 they owe me. Their behaviour has been deceitful, negligent, and possibly discriminatory. The only thing they have done is chase me for money — while refusing to engage in any discussion about returning what I am rightfully owed.

I’m now having to issue a CCJ just to get my money back. No communication. No responsibility. No integrity whatsoever.

Right Now Residential have shown a complete disregard for professionalism, accountability, and decency. This company should not be allowed to operate in the rental market.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Excellent and impressive

I recently rented flat through them, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the team was incredibly efficient, well-organised, and impressively quick in handling every aspect of the process. What stood out was my agent, Brogan, professionalism and friendly demeanor. Communication with her was prompt and clear, and I always felt well-informed and supported throughout. Whether it was arranging viewings, handling paperwork, or finalising the move-in details, everything was managed seamlessly and with genuine professionalism.

Recently, I rented an apartment in Harrow with Right Now Residential.The tenancy progression team is really great. They responded quickly and helped divert enquiries to respective team. However, there is room for improvement for the agents team. It is really hard to get hold of them for enquiry after the apartment is confirmed.

Tenancy procedure experiene

The tenancy procedure was very clear and straight to the point. I received a lit of assistance especially from Chloe, she was a big help regarding my tenancy procedures, always quick to act, very nice to talk to and she helped me to finish my procedures as fast as possible so I can move in without any inconvenience. I truly appreciate the help that was given to me.

Misleading information by Right Now Residential

Living at Dandi Battersea has been a frustrating experience, filled with ongoing issues and broken promises. From the start, we were given misleading information by Right Now Residential, only to realize later that much of what we were told wasn’t true.

One of the biggest issues has been the utilities. We experienced a full electricity cut-off for an entire night, and the hot water continuously shuts off in the mornings without any prior notice. The heating in my apartment didn’t work properly for the first six months of living here, despite repeated complaints.

What’s most frustrating is the lack of transparency with billing. We were promised that after three months, we would receive a breakdown of our energy bills. Yet, more than six months later, we are still paying random amounts via direct debit with no explanation of what we’re actually being charged for. Despite raising concerns multiple times, Dandi Battersea has failed to provide any clarity.

Instead of addressing these serious issues, the management seems more focused on chasing payments than actually delivering the service they promised. Overall, my experience has been deeply disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend Dandi Battersea to anyone looking for a reliable and transparent living situation.

There was a power outage one night following a sub station switch failure which was out of our control and we worked with the third party providers to get this issue rectified as quickly as possible.
We have no record of any issues with hot water.

We were not aware of there being any issues with heating in your apartment at the moment.
There have previously been heating issues reported on 11th December where a heater was provided and then resolved on 14th December.
7th January, you reported to say the heating is not working, maintenance attended same day, and you confirmed heating was working.
On 8th January, you confirmed the heating not working again so you were provided with a heater again while we investigated what the issue may be; however you confirmed on 10th January that it's now working and temp is recorded at 23 degrees.
If you are currently experiencing any issues with heating, please do report to the team at reception or via the Dandi Living app so we can ensure that this is addressed right away.

With regards to the billing, we do apologise that you have not received an actual bill.
We have contacted the billing provider to understand their position as to why you are yet to receive this, as neither Right Now Residential nor Dandi provide the bills directly and this goes through a billing specialist.

We're sorry that your experience so far has not been to the standard you would expect and that in partnership with Dandi would like to invite you to speak to a member of the team so we can better understand your situation further and look for how we can ensure that this is improved going forwards.

Easy Renewing Process

I was working with Noah Johnny in the process of renewing my rent contract, he was very helpful in explaining some of the process & also speedy with expressing any of my concerns/questions to the landlord!

Currently a resident at a RNR property - worst service you can get from a property management company. Avoid at all costs

Currently a resident at a RNR property. We haven't heard from our Property Manager for weeks - we have chased several times for several urgent matters and heard nothing, including during a time where we didn't have water supply in the building for weeks. The worst service I have ever received and we're paying premium rental prices of £2k+.

Avoid renting from RNR at all costs

This is an absolute scam

This is an absolute scam. I’m still waiting on my deposit of £2400 to be paid to me. I moved out of my flat of flat 4, 78 Durham Road on the 25th of September 2024.

This flat isn’t insulated properly so I constantly dealt with damp and mould that have now ruined most of my belongings, not to mention how badly it affected my health.

Nothing was ever done about, apart from giving me a small dehumidifier, which they initially expected me to pay.

I’ve been chasing them for weeks about my deposit and they are now ignoring my calls. I will now have to take this to court. I’m beyond appalled.

Terrible Communication, Unresolved Issues – Avoid At All Costs!

I cannot express how frustrating it has been dealing with Right Now Residential. We've been living in our flat for over a month now, and the number of issues we've encountered is mind-boggling. What makes it worse is the complete lack of communication from the agency.

First, no one ever picks up the phone. When we do manage to get through, we're promised a callback that never happens. We've sent numerous emails outlining serious maintenance issues—everything from a malfunctioning boiler to a dark, unusable living room—and yet we get no responses. We've even addressed these emails to multiple people at the agency, begging for someone to help. Still, nothing.

Kyah, the person supposedly responsible for our tenancy, is utterly unresponsive. We’ve had to chase her repeatedly, spending our days just trying to get a reply. When we finally managed to contact the maintenance company ourselves, they were only informed about one issue—the boiler. The list of problems is much longer: broken shower doors, doors that don’t close properly, and all the lights in the living room are out! Despite bringing these issues to their attention multiple times, nothing has been resolved for one whole month. It is so frustrating to keep sending emails for which we never receive a reply.

We’ve been more than patient, but living in a flat with no proper lighting, an unreliable boiler, and non-functional doors is unacceptable. This agency seems to have no regard for their tenants' wellbeing, and we are expected to pay rent for a place full of issues.

Right Now Residential is causing us a lot of stress and discomfort. We’re fed up with being ignored, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!
