I recently completed my Cert IV in Human Resource Management with Right Choice Training and had a really positive experience throughout the course.

The units were well structured and easy to follow, and I liked that the assessments could be based on real workplace scenarios where possible, or simulated scenarios if not. This made it easier to understand how the concepts apply in a real HR role.

I also found the flexibility of the course really helpful, as I was able to work through the units at my own pace while still having support available when needed.

Overall, I feel much more confident in my understanding of HR processes and would definitely recommend Right Choice Training to anyone looking to start a career in HR.

Honestly, I found the Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety really useful. It’s practical and easy to relate to real work situations, not just theory. It helped me understand how WHS works in Australia and gave me more confidence. I also had a great experience with Right Choice Training , the support was helpful and the course was well delivered. I’d definitely rate it highly, especially for anyone starting in safety or trying to move into the field.

The learning was set at my own pace so I could go as fast or as slow as I like. The assessments were clear and when I had questions they were answered promptly. The assessment were marked promptly. I learned a lot through this course and look forward to doing other courses with Right Choice again.

Just finished my Cert IV in Work Health and Safety with this training provider and couldn’t be happier. The trainers were super knowledgeable and easy to deal with, and the course content was practical and easy to understand. I felt well supported the whole way through and actually enjoyed the learning. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get into WHS or upskill.

The whole end to end experience was awesome for me and communication was very clear and concise with not only my trainers and assesors, but also with the RTO management staff. Everyone helped me complete my course at my own phase and accomodated for me questions and need at every step of the way. Marking was really reasonable and well explained. I would highly recommend Right Choice Training to anyone who is looking to upskill and learn a new skillset.

The team were always very friendly and prompt to assist when needed. The online portal and training resources were easy to navigate resulting in an ease of learning. Studying as an adult can be daunting however Right Choice Training made it super supportive and achievable.

I recently completed an online leadership course through Right Choice Training. They offer flexible learning options, high level communication and support and were very pleasant and positive to deal with. I highly recommend using Right Choice Training for any of the courses they offer.

Diploma of Quality Auditing. Completed in 10 months. Right Choice was easy to use and navigate, the staff were helpful, and they marked in a timely manner. And it's all online. Highly recommend!

Legitimate RTO, currently going through my modules and they offer great support as well as plenty of learning resources since I am doing this at my own pace. Some of the modules have spelling errors and need correcting within the course, and most of the presentations with the eLearning resources have been done via AI so it feels 'cheap' but none the less, I am understanding the course well (Cert 4 WHS) and will most likely continue to a Diploma with these guys. :)

I enrolled with this RTO and paid over $1,000 for The Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care, and was unable to complete. The issue was that they required workplace assessments to be done via Microsoft Teams, which wasn’t clearly communicated before enrolment. When I explained that the use of phones/computers in childcare centres is prohibited, I was offered no alternative or refund, despite not being able to complete the course.
I’m really disappointed with the lack of flexibility and support. I’m sharing this to warn others to make sure you fully understand how assessments are conducted before paying, as refunds don’t seem to be an option once you’ve enrolled

Great learning experience. the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. One to one sessions with trainer assessors really helps to get issues resolved.
Admin is vary quick in response, may be within 24 hours. I took more than three attempts in one assessment, no questions asked, provided adequate support at no additional cost.

Very transparent in communication, no hidden cost other than course price. Self- learning activities are very structured and prepares me in completing assessment task.
