Do not trust this operator

My wife had travelled with this operator 6 times over recent years and received exceptional service. However, on a safari in November 2025, my wife's travelling companion paid the park fees (equivalent to £490) at Amboseli at the request of the owner of Right Choice who said he hadn't paid them as he had been unwell and it was a Sunday! He promised full reimbursement the following day but it never came. Also,
3 internal flights had been paid for but only one "was available". No refund for the 2 that were not taken has ever been received. The owner of the company had been looked upon as a friend and trusted completely. Not any more! He has retained money that is not his. What a shabby way to treat a regular client!
