I LOVE RIFRUF

RIFRUF has been such an amazing experience from start to finish. The quality of their products is truly top tier, and you can immediately tell that you really get what you pay for. Everything feels extremely well made, durable, and premium, with so much care and attention to detail put into the design. The shoes are not only beautiful, but also comfortable and secure for my baby girl, Belle.

What impressed me just as much was their customer service, which is absolutely top tier. They were so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process, and they really took the time to help me find the best size for Belle. That level of personal care meant so much and made me feel like they genuinely wanted her to have the perfect fit.

Shipping was also very quick, which made the whole experience even better. It is rare to find a company that delivers such high-quality products, fast shipping, and truly outstanding customer service all in one. I highly recommend RIFRUF to anyone looking for premium products for their pup. Belle and I are so happy, and we will definitely be ordering again!

Completely Turned Around — Amazing Service from the New Team

I’ll be honest, I was hesitant to order at first because of some older reviews, but it’s very clear this is NOT the same company anymore.

Since the new ownership took over around July 2025, RIFRUF has completely turned things around. Marco (the new owner) has done an amazing job rebuilding the brand, and it really shows in every part of the experience.

Emily from customer service was incredibly responsive and friendly — she got back to me quickly and helped answer all my questions. The fulfillment team was also super professional and on top of everything. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect size for my pup, Bandit, which I really appreciated.

Shipping was fast, everything arrived exactly as expected, and the whole process felt smooth and well-organized. On top of that, their exchange process is quick and easy, which gave me a lot of confidence ordering.

You can tell this team genuinely cares about their customers now. If you were hesitant because of older reviews, I’d definitely recommend giving them another shot — the turnaround has been huge.

Amazing experience all around 👏👏👏

Where’s my sneakers

I won a giveaway on February 26 and it was for a pair of sneakers for my dog Junior. I was given tracking but package was never given to usps when asked about it was told sorry but they were moving building then was told they are on the way. Here another month and still no shoes and now no one will answer any of my messages or emails. I just would of lived the sneakers for Junior. This is unreal

RIFRUF boots for rear leg stability

First, let me apologize for taking 5 months to review.

My pup has been living with Cushings Disease for almost 3 years. One of the initial clinical symptoms was significant muscle loss making it hard for her to control her rear legs. Her feet would just slide out from under her. She now wears RIFRUF boots in the rear 24x7 to support traction andmobility. And let me just say this is the best money I ever spent, bar none. The improvement in her mobility is a key factory in her quality of life. And even though her cortisol levels are now well managed, some of the impact on her body is only partially recoverable.

She wore simple $20 boots from Amazon until the rubber started coming off, there were holes on the sides and the zippers froze. I MUCH prefer the RIFRUF because they have better structure and support and are much easier to take off/on. They're durable and go straight in the wash when needed.

I did order the wrong size at first. I returned them for a replacement with zero hassles. RIFRUF customer support was awesome.

Pro Tip: since her legs are spindly and the bones/joints can rub against the boot, I put a small piece of gauze held by self adhesive stretch tape under the boots. This protects her and also keeps the boots stable.

She won't wear them on the front, which is okay for us. We basically have a ready spare set when she gets muddy :)

I ordered 2 sets of shoes, birch and navy, then after 3 weeks i dont have any notifications or any updates where my shoes are. So i reached out and reached out. Finally they say birch was out of stock, i have to choose between bone or black. If i didnt email, they dont feel the need to inform me that they dont have the item. At this point i just wanted to get my shoes. So i chose bone. And again after 3 weeks they dont reply or send any updates where my shoes are. My order number is 23148. Its so frustrating ive been waiting and waiting for any updates, and dont get any replies. And until now i still havent gotten my shoes. Pls send my shoes already since you took my money alr last year.

Dont Fit Small dogs and No customer Service

Company seems to be nonexistent! No number to call, don't respond to emails. Shoes are cute and seem well made but DO NOT FIT my little 4lb pomeranian. Seems as if her legs are too skinny for the velcro straps to hold tight and they dont stay on. But there's no way to ask questions, talk to anyone, or get any response at all. The shoes are VERY expensive, don't fit and the company is virtually Non Existant. Stay away!!

After A LOT of messages, I was shipped a new pair and the are super cute. (The original pair is still sitting in a shipping warehouse.) The shoes seem very sturdy and my pup took to them right away. (She has been wearing shoes for a few years now, so that makes it a little easier.) The style is great because they do not rub her dew claws. I am even thinking of getting a matching pair of Nike's.

I was sooo excited to get these shoes for my dog, but they have my money and I don’t have any shoes. I ordered these on July 16th. According to the website shipping was 3-5 business days and they charged for shipping. They didn’t process my order till the 29th. Now, it’s Aug 9th and I still don’t have the shoes. On top of that, customer service hasn’t done anything to help and in fact has stopped answering my emails. My dog’s shoes have been sitting at a partner warehouse since Aug 1st according to tracking. They used a 3rd party to ship instead of just using USPS, so the shoes have been sitting in a warehouse for over a week waiting to be picked up by USPS. It’s incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

Lack of customer service and no shipment

Placed an order on July 15th, $380.55, for 5 pairs of shoes, 5 complimentary sets of wipes, 2 leashes, and package insurance. I have tried to contact them via email and multiple outlets of social media. They have replied to my email ONCE promising my package will be shipped out the same week. There is still no update on shipping and no email updates either. They lack any customer service and communication. I have seen multiple complaints online about them and I wish I did more research on their customer service team to know how they truly deal with customers so I could have avoided this. At this point, the only thing I want is for my package to be shipped out IMMEDIATELY or a FULL refund of $380.55 back to my card.

For the company, please focus on your customer service team. You guys have the potential to grow this business if you focus on customer service and communication skills. I really wanted to support you guys since you are a small Asian owned business but it’s very frustrating and concerning when you refuse to acknowledge the lack of communication and extremely slow process without even mentioning the delay on your website in the first place. I have seen complaints of people waiting since May for their order or refund and they have been ghosted by you guys. That’s not something that a regular consumer would like to see. At the same time, while ignoring your customers, you guys are able to post things online to promote your shoes more. Please stop promoting so you can focus on actually finishing up open orders. You release new colors and shoes but at the same time, claim you’re busy and backed up. If you are truly that busy and full of backlogged orders, having a new release is NOT a good idea and does not reflect well on your company’s priorities of current customers with pending orders.

I just registered RifRuf on BBB...

They have terrible customer service. Their sizing is totally inaccurate. I measured accordingly per the diagram...After the sneaker was delivered I get sent a video which SHOULD be in place instead of the diagram. Either way, when I followed the video instructions, my dogs size was still the same. I feel they have a scam in terms of not addressing this sizing issue and eagerly setting clients up for failure to charge them for a handling fee. I have sent BBB all the proof I have (delivery, tracking, date recieved, return requested, return request help, via email AND social media. Since I sent all correspondance via my work email, I pay for a mail tracking service and have seen that they OPENED and FORWARDED all my emails with no resove or communication other then their generic "heres the link (that doesnt work) for your return." I have attached their return policies along with all this proof and now I am going to make this their problem. I have done SO MANY efforts to contact them cordially, and they have PROVEN to ignore my good faith attempts. As for their product....OMG, they are super cute... That is the worst part for me. I really wanted my dog to use these sneakers before our trip to the beach and protect his paws. All I want are shoes that fit and moving forward as compensation/restitution for everything that I had to gather to open a case in BBB. I have notified as many as I can on IG, FB and any review website that they can now report this company to BBB so that they can have REAL communication with direct buyers, instead of focusing on whole sale selling overseas to dog boutiques that do mark ups! They have a fake address on the website (A PO Box mailroom type store), but NO PHONE to call. Just ONE email. Their LLC is registered with this physical address: 7014 13TH AVENUE SUITE 202, BROOKLYN, NY, 11228 and I hope that others can learn from my horrible experience with this company that only cares about taking your money and getting richer. And HEY RIFRUF....My PHONE number is in your data base, don't write some stupid public comment here pretending you are going to resolve my issue. I have seen your reputation online now and it's all an act.

Placed an order back on 5/27 for a…

Placed an order back on 5/27 for a leash. They charged my card then cancelled my order. I got in contact with someone and they told me that there was a glitch in their system and that they would send me my order. Fast forward to 6/18, I still don’t have my order nor any shipping confirmation. I was told that my order was in queue. It is now 7/12 and I have reached out a few time for an update and NO RESPONSE. For an order of one leash! Terrible customer service and fraudulent company. My order number is #21829.

Function and fashion

These are my favorite dog shoes that I've tried for my shih tzu yorkie mix. My dog gets compliments on his shoes ALL the time. I've been following RIFRUF from the beginning when they came out with their first sneaker just a few years ago, and have seen how much attention to detail they put into the design of their products. The fit of the shoes have only gotten better, and they're just as functional as they are fashionable. I also love the weatherproof jacket - they really thought of everything to ensure my dog doesn't get soaked in the rain and is still comfortable and warm. Just like any other time I've supported a small business, sometimes I've had to wait for my size to be in stock, but it's been so worth the wait. I always recommend RIFRUF to all dog parents looking for high quality dog gear!

We love our rifruff shoes!

I don’t even know where to begin when I write this review. To say that the Caesar 1 shoes are fabulous is an understatement. We have a French bulldog and an English bulldog, the shoes have been a game changer especially for our frenchie as she wears the shoes for her walks and she’s an absolute pro walking in them. No more wet paws in the rain and her paws stay warm in the snow too. Our English Bulldog has done wonderful with the shoes too but her paw pads are much tougher then our petite little frenchies paw pads. I have almost all their shoes but the Caesar 1 is my absolute favorite shoes. I must admit I also use the shoes for the girls in their photo shoots too as I dress them up and they are so stylish. I can say that my girls have been wearing these shoes close to two years now and I cannot recommend them more. Also, the customer service is fabulous and returns and exchanges are so easy.

TLDR

TLDR - unreliable company who took my money and never delivered my order after a MONTH or replied to my email requesting a refund.

I placed an order for the Apollo sneakers on 01/03/2024, which were shown as in stock. I paid $25 for two day shipping to get my shoes in time for a snow storm but my shoes have still not arrived a month later. The company was slow to give any updates on the delay (first update came eight days after I placed my order), and they claimed I bought a pre-order item, which wasn’t the case when I made my order. They said my order would finally ship the last week of January. It wasn’t until the end of January that I heard anything else about the delay. At that point, they were celebrating the fact that their back order of shoes had finally arrived from Asia and cleared the port in California to arrive at their warehouse there. But they didn’t give a single update on when my order would ship OR get delivered. Nor did they reply to my questions or respect my right to cancel my order. So here I am towards the end of winter where I live with no dog shoes and RifRuf has stolen my money and kept it. To make this story even more ridic, they’ve sent me eight different promo emails trying to get me to buy from them. In the words of Cher Horowitz, “as if”. I like supporting local, independent businesses, but I wish I’d passed on RifRuf.
