Everything I've bought from Rifò has become a wardrobe staple. Nice materials which wash well and last. Simple but elegant, comfortable, and on top of that sustainable and local.

I bought my mum a jumper from Rifo as a birthday present, and she absolutely loves it and wears it all the time! The colour is beautiful, exactly as pictured, and the quality is genuinely impressive. You can really feel the care that goes into the materials. Highly recommend!

Picked up a beach towel and some home items from Rifo in Milan new store the towel’s become my favorite little thing this summer it’s light, durable, and well-made and versatile to use around the house and when outside. I’ve bought their cashmere and wool stuff in the past, always solid quality. The brand keeps evolving while staying true to its values with I respect. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in town.

I ordered a sweater which was supposed to be delivered with UPS. What happened is something I never experienced before, the most frustrating experience ever. UPS said several times that address is incorrect. Several times I told them the address is 100% correct, there was no mistake. Still UPS is unable to deliver. After the fourth time I „changed“ the address to the supposedly correct one (which is the exact same which is already written on the package) they said it will be delivered but after messaging 3 times the delivery will be delayed by one day UPS send again the message that the address is incorrect…
I lost any patience but still don’t have either the money back or the package delivered.

Worst online shopping experience ever

I don’t know if this is something that multiple people are experiencing, but I ordered a pair of orange gloves from this brand, and the quality is just really poor. After only a hanful of wears there was a gaping hole in one of them (not from tearing but just spontaneously). I mended the one hole, but now, two weeks later, both gloves have holes in them. They just seem to be falling apart. Quite disappointed since they were €35…

So far, I've ordered two times from Rifò. Both times one of the items I had ordered was out of stock which was very unfortunate. Part of my first order was cancelled. For the sold-out item in my second order, I was offered an alternative and happily accepted. Customer support is very friendly and quick to respond. Shipping (= how long it takes to send out the items after the order was placed) is more on the slow side. Despite the somewhat unreliable ordering process, I really, really love their designs, quality and overall concept. All the items I did receive are fantastic and in regular use. I truly hope they improve the whole shopping process in the future as their products are totally worth it!
